I'm getting a back yard makeover and needed some paint for my wooden fence. I was referred to Dunn Edwards by a friend and I'm glad I went. When I arrived it was busy and crowded with 2 employees. Stephanie who was working the front desk did an extraordinary job helping all the futon a timely fashion. She was also able to help me pick a color for my fence (espresso macchiato). She was also able to advise me on the different paint products and recommendations. Stephanie even brought my paint out to the car! Like many others stuck at home during the COVID lock down I decided our home needed an update. I contacted our trusted contractor, was put on "the list" and began the process of making design choices for our primary bedroom en-suite. When it came time to make paint choices I was stumped. I knew I wanted color but which color? Pinterest seemed to have a strong bias toward blue (not a fan) and for some reason every room on Houz is white! I was driving my husband crazy, collecting dozens of paint chips, lots of peel and stick samples and eventually those small sample cans started to accumulate. I knew the contractor would insist on Dunn-Edwards but there is no store close by so I attempted to use their visualizer. That's when I saw "Professional Color Consultation " on the menu. Game changer! I made an appointment!! I packed up my tile, countertop and flooring samples, I took better pictures of the furniture and rugs that were staying and headed to Moreno Valley. Pamela Nolasco listened patiently to my long explanation of my vision ( as you can tell, I'm not a right to the point kinda gal) asked some thoughtful questions of both my husband and I and confidentiality suggested Foxtail, a tawny brown! Did not expect that but as she explained it bought out the warmth of the flooring, made the tile and quartz countertop look rich and the champagne bronze fixtures we'd already purchase where the jewelry. I was convinced so we took home a sample pot to make sure it worked in our light. Second thoughts set in when I asked the opinion of friends and family, should have know! A few weeks later when the painter needed a commitment I went back to Pamela. This is when she really showed her talent. Such a good listener! This was my first time at this Dunn Edwards Store. I asked Pamela- The Personal Color Advisor for help with my Paint Color in my Master Bathroom. I have been dealing with this color problem for a month. I must have 25 different samples on my bathroom wall. They all looked terrible. I must of spent $100.00 on these samples. I came in to The Dunn Edwards store today and Pamela looked at my Master Bedroom Bathroom walls and showed me the Perfect Color on her Paint Color Wheel. She showed me Muslim Gray. She said it was very popular and pretty in the bathrooms. She was awesome. I respected her expertise and knowledge in her Paint knowledge. I wish that I would of Consulted her before I wasted my time and money on the 25 Samples. I would also like to Thank The Salesman Ivey. He has a great Personality and is a bright light in the store. I went here due to some DIY remodeling I'm doing around my house. Not only we're they really helpful in assisting me in choosing the best paints and products, but their customer service it extraordinary. The woman at the register was hustling as she rang people up, answered questions that customers had and mixed paint all at the same time (I came during lunch time, so that was my fault they were a little short staffed). I decided to run to the grocery store while my paint was being mixed, but when I came back, my paint was waiting for me and they were fully staffed and eager to help me. Not only were they extremely apologetic about my wait, which I was fine with, but a young man insisted on carrying my paint cans to my car for me. We had the pleasure of being helped by Elisa Magallanes this past Saturday. We are painting the outside and inside of our home and needed samples of our HOA approved paint schemes. Our most recent visit was with their color consultant Pamela who helped us pick out some colors for our interior. She hit a home run on her color recommendations. My husband and I just bought a house, and the previous owner left the paint cans from when they painted the interior. We're redoing the fireplace and needed some trim. We were running some errands and initially stopped at the Dunn-Edwards in Corona, but the kid there didnt know what he was talking about, tried to tell us our wall and trim color were the same (they're not) and was just really frustrating. We left and stopped at this one. Immediately, Alejandra and Dylan knew that the colors were totally different, color-matched one that was custom, and had everything mixed up right away. Theh were super knowledgeable and professional and we were so relieved to have this experience after our frustration in Corona. I came here last week to recycle some paint that had been sitting in my parents garage for years. Sal helped me out and he was very friendly, helpful, and very informative. Some paints (unlabeled) and chemicals (acetone, silicone, etc.) they don't recycle, but Sal gave me printouts of locations and resources where I can take those. Awesome spot for paint and supplies. I used to go to Lowes for all my paint needs. I dont buy a lot of paint for work but a decent amount. I have gone to several location and the service and quality of paint is amazing. The color matches they do have always been perfect. I have been able to spot touch up an entire house 8 different colors and it has been unnoticed. Its amazing. The ability to be able to call in and get my paint ordered and walk in and out in under 5 minutes is great. I have recently painted the interior of several houses and being confident that the paint will cover in one coat is priceless. I cant say enough about the quality of paint. The orange masking tape, brushes and rollers are of extreme high quality as well. read more

So we came here as our HOA has the approved color schemes with Dunn-Edwards and offered a discount as well. We asked them how much paint we need to paint a two car garage door. The guy asked, "are you using a spray or doing this by hand?" We of course said, "by hand". He then told the lady at the counter to give us 2 gallons of paint. We trusted their advise as they are supposed to be knowledgeable at this. We came home and painted the garage door. We used MAYBE half gallon. How can this guy possibly think we need 2 gallons? Mind you, it's $48+ per gallon of paint, already inclusive of the discount. We spent $100 on paint when all we needed was half a gallon. Unbelievable. If you don't know the answer to the question, say you don't know. I feel we were robbed. read more

We recently bought out first house and are in the process of getting the exterior painted. My husband and I felt lost as to what colors we wanted to use. I came into the store confused and asked plenty of questions which I got answered by these wonderful employees here. I asked for advice on colors for my house and I was recommended with there Color Advisor, Allison. Let me tell you, she is a great help! If you feel lost as to what colors to match around she is the girl you need to use. She is Very very patient ( I kept changing my mind.) She made us 4 color schemes with diffrent colors and had them ready for us the next day. This was very helpful on us making our decision. We then bought 6 samples to play around with the way she made out schemes but my husband was not to happy with the colors and decided to try other colors. BUT because he just wanted to be 100% happy that he liked the colors before he painted the house. (Allison did a great job) so the next day, I went in again and bought 2 more samples totally different than tge first set and a very kind lady named Lupe helped me out to match other colors with what I was showing her. I felt so lost and with there help my husband and I are almost sure with the color we want () now. All in all I just wanted to say that Allison and Lupe have great customer service at this Dunn Edwards. Very happy customer. read more
