The providers are genuine and explain every step of your treatment in terms any non-medical professional can understand. Before I started treatment with Brigham Orthodontics, my inflamed TMJ was hindering my quality of life. It was difficult for me to open my mouth, painful to chew food, and my face was visibly swollen from inflammation. I had been told by other providers I would most likely need surgery followed by traditional braces. In my initial consult with Dr. Brigham, he told me that he was 98% sure he could alleviate my TMJ symptoms and straighten my teeth with just Invisalign - no surgery, no traditional braces, and he was RIGHT! Dr B also believes that orthodontics shouldn't be classified as a medical luxury and every person deserves treatment; his office worked with me, my insurance, and set me up on a payment plan that I could afford. It was a 60 second retainer check follow up and apparently the world was coming down, we couldn't check in and we needed to wait while she would attempt to try and shuffle us in at some point. Are you kidding me?????? Will not being doing Phase 2 of ortho work here for my son.
