That created a lot of anxiety, especially considering how overwhelming and expensive dental care can be. I found El Dorado Hills Dental through a referral from someone who works in the dental field, which immediately made me feel more at ease knowing it came from someone knowledgeable and trusted. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The space was welcoming and calm, the staff was kind and attentive, and it didn't have that typical overstimulating, clinical dentist vibe, it felt relaxed and comfortable right from the start. I shared my past experiences and concerns with Dr. Austin Cope, and during my exam he was incredibly communicative and thorough. I really appreciate understanding what's going on with my mouth, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and empowering rather than overwhelming. He constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and honestly, it felt more like talking to a friend than sitting with a dentist which was incredibly reassuring. Together we came up with a treatment plan that felt thoughtful, reasonable, and genuinely in my best interest. I never felt pressured or rushed, and everything was explained clearly so I felt confident moving forward. I went in yesterday to have the dental work done, and I was completely blown away.
