My initial encounter with Adrianna the receptionist was very professional and answered all my questions over the phone. The day I took my car in I was greeted by Dom and he inspected my vehicle and helped me through the entire process because I was new to this situation. Dom was very straight forward, knowledgeable, and more importantly I knew I was dealing with an honest guy. I trusted them to fix my car and in less than a week I received a call from them saying my car was ready. Wow, i didn't expect my car to be ready so soon. We were out of town and they were nice enough to store my car for a couple more days. I arrived to the shop and I was floored by their work. My car looked brand new again. I've always done the monthly plan but today was different. I did some damage to my car by accidentally getting overspray on it. Then I tried using overspray remover and made the problem worse. Then I bought a Mothers Clay Kit and that made it even worse. I was so sad and discouraged and thought I ruined my car. I finally visited 7 flags and talked to the detail manager, Cesar about the 3 step Clay, Wax and Seal detail which seemed like a great deal, especially with the re-wax option in the next year. I was hesitant though since the haziness and marring I caused on part of the car and told him I didn't want to spend and still see it. Cesar was confident he could fix the issue and make the car look good and the issues go away. 90 minutes later the results were amazing. Cesar really turned my day around, especially when I was stressed about all this damage for over a month. The ladies in the detail department were also excellent and made sure I was happy with the job. My 12 year old car looked brand new! I HIGHLY recommend this detail as well as the monthly unlimited plans to all. I plan on doing it for my wife's car too.

They vacuum the rugs and seats, wipe down the interior, and get everything done in about 10 minutes, which is really convenient. They also have a nice waiting area, with indoor seating if it's too hot outside, plus a canopy for shade. Overall, every time I come here, it's been a good experience. They consistently do a great job, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car wash.

The staff seemed more focused on rushing through vehicles and collecting tips than on providing the quality cleaning and detailing they advertise. When I got my car back, the seats were not cleaned and passenger seat was still sticky, the interior had not been vacuumed properly, the center console was still dirty, leaves were left in the vehicle, and there was even bird droppings still on the roof, or tree sap, along with bugs still stuck on my grill. I had to repeatedly point out areas that had been missed and ask for them to be cleaned again. What was most frustrating was the response. When I asked for these issues to be corrected, several employees just stood around looking at me. Nobody seemed interested in taking ownership of the problem or fixing it. Eventually, I spoke with the manager, who was very quick to offer a refund. But that wasn't the point. I wasn't looking for my money back--I wanted the service that was advertised and that I had paid for. By offering money back was an infication they didnt care. I just wanted the service I paid for. Another issue is that they applied Armorall to parts of my vehicle without asking and without clearly advertising that they use it. Many car owners prefer to know exactly what products are being used on their vehicles and should be given that choice. Armorall was not mentioned or advertised. If you're in a hurry and just want a quick wash, this place may be adequate. But if you're expecting the attention to detail, quality, and professionalism they advertise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Two stars because the manager at least offered a refund, I took a redo rather than a refund and paid a hefty tip at the end, but the actual quality of the work fell well short of expectations.

The results were much less than satisfactory. When I took the vehicle home I needed to wipe it down with a towel to get the grime out of the creases. Then my 74 year old girl friend got on her hands and knees to wipe off grunge on both front doors that John (works at Detail Shop) said wouldn't come off. I had also mentioned that the rear window needed a thorough cleaning. But it seems they just smeared what was on the widow around and made a mess. We could have had much better results at a drive through carwash at a fraction of the cost. We will never be back to The Detail Shop.
