Her experience and guidance were invaluable, her patience greatly appreciated and her straightforward approach to decision making was - in a word - refreshing. Visiting the shop a couple of times to choose colors and hardware allowed me to see the operation in person. I saw the same types of cabinetry go in the RUSS booth and come out perfectly painted. My husband and I visited their shop to see what the finished product would look like before deciding and we actually really love the grain of the wood still visible through the paint. We had a small issue with a hardware hole being in the wrong place and they took the door back to the shop, corrected the issue and brought it back within a week.
