They broke my sink and when they finally installed the replacement sink they got black tar like adhesive all over the wall of my cupboards. They admitted their damage and attempted to clean it up with paint thinner which made it worse. They miscut a corner of the quartz by the dining room wall. Sent photo to owner of chip in quartz but me. Stein never got back to us. ZERO accountability for their incompetent installers.

I have no problem giving a 5 star review for this carpet installation but this could have easily…read morebeen a 2-3 star review if not for Sharee and the people at Floor Coverings International (FCI). The initial home consultation with Paul was great. He had tons of samples and showed us many options and gave recommendations based on our needs. There was never any pressure to buy and he spent quite a bit of time going over the whole process and answering all our questions and concerns. We decided a few days later to go with FCI based on our meeting and the fact that their prices were competitive with the other quotes we received. Then things turned South. We were told it would take about 2-4 weeks to get the carpet from the factory. After a month, they contacted us and said that the factory was still back ordered and it would be another month. They were very apologetic and ended up removing the cost of moving the furniture from our bill. The carpet order finally arrived and we were set up for an install on November 3rd. The installers came out and had most of the old carpet ripped out and the new carpet pad laid and started to bring in the new carpet. They started to unroll the carpet and lo-and-behold - not the carpet I ordered! I took pictures and called Erick and explained the situation. He was very sympathetic to our situation and even offered a good discount on this carpet if that was an option for us. It was a nice carpet but we were set on getting the carpet we ordered so declined the offer. We had to live for a month on our 1st floor with only carpet pads for flooring. Not fun! They reordered the carpet and installed it on December 5th. The installation went without a hitch and the carpet looks great. Here's the best part. Sharee negotiated with Shaw Carpets and got them to pay for half of the cost of the carpet. Even though this whole situation had nothing to do with the people at FCI, they offered to cover the cost of the other half. How great is that? Would I recommend this company to my friends and family? You bet! If I need more carpet or flooring in the future you can be sure that they'll be the first ones I call. Thanks Sharee and Erick! It was great doing business with you.

We didn't have to compromise on color and roof style (metal) as we did with the other shed. Delivery happened exactly as promised. Darcy & Heather were delivery communication and super knowledgable. Kaleb managed to get into our difficult driveway. We have a flag lot. I was pretty impressed. He knew the problem areas and my husband followed him with a chainsaw to get down some limbs. Even though we spent the last three days prepping for this, there were some we missed! We look forward to our new building to use as a roadside stand for our farm - Twin Flame Lavender Farm. Based on my experience with SoMi Refinishing LLC, I would not recommend doing business with them. I…read morecontacted the business in November 2021 to refinish our kitchen counters and kitchen sink. I was told having the sink refinished would make it so it wouldn't stain or get scuffed from pots & pans anymore. Work was completed January 2022. The sink was sprayed Monday and the countertops were done T-Th. We did not use our sink until Thursday evening of that week, so the material had over 72 hours to dry and cure; I was told I could begin using the sink as I always had. Upon completion of the countertops my husband noticed some areas where the counter was cracked/smeared/peeling. We notified SoMi and were told they'd come out to fix the countertops, it is now mid February and they still haven't returned to fix the issue and keep rescheduling our appointment. During this time, 10 days after the sink was sprayed, my husband noticed it was peeling around the drain and was staining. Since then the entire sink, even parts that are never touched by water, is peeling horribly and is discolored. We have sent pictures and videos of the sink and countertops to SoMi and still haven't had anyone out to fix them or any of our money refunded. All that has been in the sink is water and hand soap...no cleaners, dish soap, or abrasive materials, plus, I was told we could use the sink as normal anyways. I was blamed for the sink peeling because of hard water issues and/or doing dishes in it; I have a dishwasher and we have city water. I definitely wasn't expecting this poor workmanship or customer service from SoMi Refinishing based on the pictures and reviews on their Facebook page. So I am here to say avoid the company at all costs unless you want your fixtures to look worse than they originally did, be blamed for the problem, and be out money while their equipment still lays in your backyard because the technician left it there. Do your research and hire a reputable company.
