So I had 3 checks to deposit because I thought it would be better and faster than mailing it. Brenda was my CSR and she was astounding. She provided me with information on how to do a mobile deposit. I told her I knew how but she was insisting on telling me regardless. Sometimes, it is better to be quiet and listen even if you know how to do it already. Brenda gave me a check for $5 so I can practice and not be shy about using mobile deposit. IT'S MY BIRTHDAY I have only been banking with NFCU since about January 2025, I already received a credit card with zero % term interest and earned $250 for reaching the program requirements within 90 days and the card is 11% lower than the cards that I have. I was able to get a loan at less than 13%. Doing business with this bank has been a perfect 10/10. Customers service is top tier A1. I dealt with a few CSR's but didn't get their names. Get a call this evening from a guy who says he's the sales manager who rather than make a sale with me he just argued with me while I'm trying to eat dinner. Personally I'm not interested in any of his cars, but I need one and I need to know where I can get financed. I understand in the world of car buying they always want a car then an approval but I was told they already have my approval. (Not pre-approval not soft approval but approval) I would have gladly given him my biz today and he could have made a solid sale no haggle sale from me immediately. I literally need a car this weekend, had he not cut me off and argue with me about why was I looking for a car if I didn't want his cars blah blah blah. Clearly I'm interested in financing first and foremost that's been explained from the beginning. Listening is important when you ask questions if you want the answer. All the SUVs that would work for me in my low end price range are Mercedes oddly. Personally I do not want a Mercedes. I just want a Toyota something I can get a little dirty and off-road a little with the dogs. I purchased a $34,000 car, with $5000 down payment. So I would have been financing $30K, they made me sign the contract on the computer monitor, while some lady came in to sell me alcohol in the middle of the signing. They told me I have to pick the car up the following day with the hard copy of the contract. I had previously seen the car in excellent condition. Came back the next day, and they said the car was stuck behind a bulldozer, and I had to wait on the operator to come back. After a few hours they brought the vehicle with the spear tire missing out the trunk, and a small burn hole in the leather passenger seat. That was just the beginning, never received the hard copy of my contract, but after making payments of $890 a month, found out from the bank who I believe is complicit, Chase Bank, they changed the original purchase price from $34,500 to the contract price of $47,000. Now I've paid over $40,000 plus for the car already, Chase Auto Finance is claiming I still owe them another $30,000 and would not take any accountability for partnering and doing business with this disgusting fraudulent dealership which has been sue by NYC and permanently banned from doing business. This must stop, and the banks and finance companies should also be responsible knowing that some of those numbers are super inflated and certain cars don't have the value they claim on the bullshit agreement! Shame on Chase Auto, and that manager and finance crook responsible should pay the price for their crimes. After reading these comments and reviews, I am happy I recorded the conversation with the head of Chase Auto Fraud Department and came to the realization he is part of the scammers. He told me I was the only one who ever had issues with this company. He is involved is some sort of shady dealing and want to try to repossess the vehicle for his own benefit. I will hire a private investigator to look into this, I wonder how many vehicles this guy Justin has acquired from working together with these thieves. Chase needs to do an in house investigation on him.

She gives me a withdrawal slip, and the mgr needed to approve it because apparently you are not allowed to withdraw $$$ out of your own acct with a withdrawal slip!!! She let me do it this time!! I have been banking with USalliance for 6 years and i have to be honest. They are different then…read morethe big banks (citi,chase or banc of America) as a major credit union, they are a big player in the field. The savings and checking rates offer higher APR, you can also get credit cards, my favorite is the 12 month certificate of deposits which provide a lot of bang for your dollar. The standard savings account offers a high yoeld savings rate, currently paying 3.053%. They have an actual brach in the Bronx, but i dont mind banking online and over mail when necessary. I have my entire family banking with them, most people dont even know about them. You dont loose anything by checking them out usalliance.org The customer service is veey good, attentive and they are thorough when dealing with customer over the phone. I will say that they should allow customers to conduct large dollar amount transfers from one bank to another, they have a cap at $5k. Trying to put a down payment on a car for $8k and they would not make an exception for me as a long time customer. Had to do 2 different transactions to complete the down payment. They told me to goto the branch and get a cashier check but that defeats the online services. The other option is to pay a fee $35 and tou can make a transaction for whatever dollar amount you want. My other bank does not charge a fee to transfer in between banks or accounts and i am able to transfer without ANY fees.
