This one stood out with BBB rating and great reviews. I didn't know the offer I'd get however but I knew what I needed. My car had been in 2 minor cosmetic accidents so I knew I was not going to get a decent price private party nor from a dealer. Ariel was amazing. Kind, friendly, professional. He complimented me on how well I had kept the 5 year old car without a scratch on it otherwise. He measured the paint and could tell right away the one lower door panel that had been affected (the other was a bumper). I knew the price I wanted. He offered a bit low, I went high and when he offered the middle I was more than satisfied. Done in an hour and I was on my way to my wedding 2 days later and to pick up the new car. While there the new car dealer sales person texted me that they refused to give me the 3K off deal we'd negotiated in writing 3 months earlier. I went to complain and on my way found a different dealer who got me the car I wanted in 24 hours with almost as good a deal and was kind, honest, full of integrity and horrified that this soon to be newlywed was almost without wheels. Ariel was the consummate professional as a used car salesperson while Toyota of Hackensack acted like a bunch of crooks. Toyota City of Mamaroneck saved the day and the wedding was fabulous.
