I left with my car after the guy argued with me for asking questions and making fun of me to the entire room! If this is "policy" then why not state that when making the appointment? I mentioned a few issues I had in addition to the main problem - wipers quit working. They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer.
