The technician offered to fix it. He worked on the main door to get the new keys working. However, he charged me another service fee for that. I expect this to be part of the original job as the new keys should work on both doors. If I knew he would charge another service fee, I could easily make a copy of the original key for a lot cheaper. It's not very professional that the technician didn't suggest the easy and cheaper option but suggested me the more expensive option. I'm disappointed at their service.

Sean came out and spent more than an hour (he said it would take this time up front) and showed me how to open it because we had no idea! The price was fair at $395 for the travel time and servicing. Sean was able to tell me that our safe is not so safe - it isn't even fire proof. We will be going to their shop to look for a better safe that is fire proof and bolted down. I wonder if to them, that was a simple job, but to me, it provided peace of mind, which to me is priceless. I recently had someone stalk my wife and I, turns out that person had a criminal record and was most likely going to rob our house.
