Below is a brief synopsis, there's more detail of course. The tech managed to get one of the sets of switches reworked (which I was actually very impressed by because it's weird wiring) and the outlet was installed perfectly but I ended up having to remove the light fixture and re-install it and I am unhappy that the 15 year old flange was not replaced with the new garbage disposal. I've been told by many people that the flange absolutely should have been replaced and that this one will end up leaking at some point due to the 15 year old flange and 15 year old plumbers putty sealing it. I even had all the parts as well as the plumbers putty I purchased for the flange sitting beside the sink. The tech put the old garbage disposal in a small trash can that we really never use. Weeks later, thanks to the smell, I discovered it. There with a few inches of water in the bottom, mold, all sorts of disgustingness, and just threw the entire trash can away. I am unhappy that the Covid protocols they list on their website weren't followed. I did text a response to their follow up with no response and I did call and speak to someone there. I was told that the owner would return my call but that was months ago and I never heard back. I really wanted this to be a great service because I have a lot of work that I need done but I'm walking away very disappointed that, not only was the job not done to my satisfaction, but the owner didn't care enough to call back when I really just wanted the flange replaced as it should have been. The rest of the issues seemed like honest mistakes, and those things happen, but leaving old parts instead of taking a few minutes to replace them isn't okay. And never receiving a call back about the issues I had is the most bothersome part. Half the work was great but sadly I can't recommend them. I hope I can find a similar service to complete the rest of the work I need done.

In addition to replacing the part and adjusting the settings to ensure it was done correctly, they checked and tightened each bolt on the door panels and lubed all of the joints so the door is so much quieter! When I asked if I needed the rubber gasket replaced, he said he could do it but I didn't need it right now. Maybe in a year or so. So no attempt to upsell! They pointed out that the problem was that my existing gutters in the back were not wide enough to handle the runoff when we get a decent rainfall. My experience with leaf filters is that the gutters need to be twice as wide as open gutters to handle the the same amount of water flow. And I have a question for you; Have you ever tried to clean out gutters that have leaf filters? Leaves are not the only things that get in there! Much easier to clean out the gutters after the first rain of the season when they are wide enough and open for cleaning. When my Brother's Gutters installers took down the narrow gutters in back, they replaced some fungus damaged trim with pre-treated fascia before installing the new, wider channels. They cleaned out the rest of my gutters and downspouts, tested everything to make sure they were properly tilted, cleaned everything up, and then sent me pictures of the completed work. After they finished the gutters, they installed a diverter on the roof-line of the front porch to protect the entry during rainfall. Excellent inspection, great advice, quality materials, good craftsmanship and affordable price. They did ALL of this while I was out of state on a business trip.
