As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the nicest cashier I've ever encountered period! She greeted every single person that walked into the store. She told everybody about the green tag sale they were having and was there to help if needed. I want to say her name was Betty but I could be wrong. But she was the cashier working on Friday, 20 August in the morning. This woman is a godsend with superb customer service, friendly smile and just a beautiful person. Even if you just want to stop by and browse the customer service you will receive here will make you want to pick up something. I visited this Salvation Army twice while I was in town and this cashier was upbeat and friendly each time. So thank you ma'am for the southern hospitality! They are working with the program for consistent recovery and it shows. Just a great group of overcomes pushing through for their best life. Oh, and their donation zone is so easy. Drive up to the front, get the guys to lend a hand, and drop off! Also, they pick up for donation (upon approval) so send things you would want to upcycle and buy. They also deliver large pieces with a fee based on your distance from the store. Truly such an easy and professional experience. Love them.

They have a great selection of everything. The staff is very nice. Very helpful. Just in case you're wondering they do not have a public bathroom. Just wanted to throw that in there, they do not have a return policy. Once you buy it, it's yours and the only reason I bring this up is I was at the checkout I purchased a pair of shoes and immediately after paying, before walking out the store before walking away from the counter, I realized there was a hole in the bottom of the shoe the manager was standing beside the clerk and I said, "there's a hole in the shoe, can I just return them?" I didn't want my money back just a little gift card. I think $4.99. The answer was no, that was a surprise. I said, there's a hole in the shoe. He said, there's no returns I donated a pair of shoes that day and lost $4.99. I'm not upset about that. I just wanted to let you guys know there is a no returns policy.
