She said well I've known this tech for years, and she would not lie, and walked out of the room. When the doctor came in, I told him I wanted an apology from the lady for calling us liars. He left the room, and 15 minutes later the lady came back in and said she doesn't owe us an apology. I said so you said your technician isn't lying, so we must be lying. She said yes. I said you know, it's possible no one is lying, and your tech misheard my son talking to me. She said it was possible, but she's not apologizing. We have gone to this vet for almost 8 years, and for them to let this horrible manager treat us like this is disgraceful. My son has anxiety is so upset he's having a panic attack. I understand trying to defend your employees from being mistreated, but when she spoke with us, and we told her nothing was said, she should've addressed it differently. She has ZERO customer service skills...she is a liability to the business.
