The area of my mother's house was 20 minutes outside his typical operating area and he was still willing to find away to make it work. Because I had a meeting and couldn't keep driving back, my boyfriend went to pick it up later, only to be forced to wait another hour while they finished the work in front of him. It was clear they didn't even start on the dress until the morning of the pickup (very much rushed). The owner was not at all apologetic for wasting our time, and at that point, I didn't even trust them to fix the remaining issues before my graduation. There are definitely better tailors in Pittsburgh with fairer pricing and better time management. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
