Apparently, closing in 30 minutes means customers are no longer welcome to dine in. The employee was polite, but that doesn't make up for a terrible policy. The biggest issue was that they completely messed up my order. I ordered a bowl and instead received a sandwich with a meat I don't even eat. By the time I got home and realized their mistake, I called immediately. I even offered to drive all the way back to pick up the correct order myself. Their response was basically, "Too bad, the kitchen is closed." So let me get this straight: they make the mistake, charge me for food I never ordered, send me home with something I didn't want, and then refuse to fix it because they closed the kitchen. That's not customer service--that's taking someone's money and leaving them stuck with the consequences of your own mistake. A business should stand behind its orders and correct its mistakes. Instead, they chose the easiest option for themselves and left me paying for food I couldn't even enjoy. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before spending their money here.
