This is the off season and there is no way that this hotel is filled to anywhere near capacity , so why they would send someone with a pet up to the top floor is beyond me. Friendly and attentive!- our pizza was decent- needed to be cooked a little longer - but overall it was still good. We decided to have breakfast here before heading out! It was amazing! For the price the portions were huge. I had the Eggs Benedict- perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise was spot on! My husband had a 3 meat scramble which he loved and couldn't finish. This is a sports bar, and they have the cool option to have a half portion of an appetizer instead of fries for a $3 upcharge. My husband was delighted to be able to have fried mushrooms as his side. The kids and husband had milkshakes, and they were made quickly, and everyone loved them. They have a bunch of local beers. I enjoyed my Rapid City made beer and enjoyed a sip of my husband's Spearfish beer. I had a burger, which was perfect. The fries were good. I also had some of my daughter's hot wings. They were meaty and spicy. I loved them, although I wish they had come with celery sticks. Not a big deal, though. I would have ordered a medium well if given the chance, so if you don't want it well done make sure to say something! The fries were really good however.
