I always wanted to investigate into getting a deep cleaning for my place since I work remotely. A quick hop on yelp led me to Dust Bust. I am beyond impressed with the service given. Shane was very quick in coordination and even adjusted to a time that would work best for me. Kayla, whom cleaned my place was beyond stupendous. My place looks and feels just like new, no more being ashamed of certain spots or having to constantly cover a certain area. Service: As state above Shane was very quick and accommodating. Kayla arrived to my place and asked if there any areas that I needed to focus on. I gave her what I wanted focused on and she worked immediately. I gave her permission to move any personal items such as fridge items. She not only cleaned but organized where she needed to in a pleasant presentable manner. The best part of this service though I would say is trust. I was even able to leave Kayla to her duties without worries or any risk of my place while I was gone. Granted always tread with caution for any business, but this one has my utmost respect and trust. Words don't do justice on how much I appreciated Dust Bust's service. TL:DR - Shane is amazing, cares about what he is doing, has impeccable customer service, is super responsive, and thorough - and will make it right if anything is missed. Can't recommend his services enough! Shane, and Dust Bust, made my little OCD heart sing with joy, to see my house cleaned how I would have done it if I had had the time. I can't express my gratitude towards him enough!! Shane, himself, is absolutely AMAZING. He helped me coordinate a move out clean well in advance, while I was in another country. He was super flexible and responsive with questions, and provided a clear and fair quote for services. On the day of service, he arrived right on time and got to work on some incredibly disgusting parts of my kitchen, with his employee showing up a little later to get started on some other areas of the house we had discussed. After they left, I noticed that some spots that should have been tackled (not areas he was in) were some how missed - so when I paid the invoice, I mentioned it to Shane, so he could know what happened. Shane was super fast to respond, took accountability for his employee, and worked with my schedule, to personally come over - on a Saturday evening no less - to make it right. He was extremely detailed and I was amazed at what this man can do! Not to mention, he worked with a smile, kindness, and enthusiasm to boot! Super friendly and custom cleaning needs! Most companies have a basic clean flat fee based on rooms and just add on $$ with more items. I love that Shane cleans what you want and just charges hourly for it. He's very professional, efficient, and kind. I can't tell you how many I've had cancel or no-show, then the few that have showed in the 2 years since I moved here end up doing a mediocre job - but not him! Wow! Shane did an amazing job cleaning our apartment when we were moving out. Our landlord is really uptight and we wanted to make sure they didn't try to hold our security deposit back, so we wanted the cleaning the job done right, and Shane exceeded our expectations. The place is spotless now, I've never seen the stove element look like this (it's cleaner than it was when we moved in, and back then it was a brand new apartment). Floors, walls, corners, he cleaned everything, I can tell he spent a lot of time making sure he did everything right. Really impressive work and we will definitely us him again in the future. I recently moved into an apartment that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years! Splashes all over the walls and ceilings, filthy floors so that my feet turned black whenever i walked barefoot, build up in crevices everywhere, etc. When I asked Shane for a quote, he responded immediately even on a Sunday morning, and he came out 24 hours later. The place is now spotless. Even after I had scrubbed the walls as hard as I could and had given up and assumed them to be stained, he was able to remove all traces of dirtiness. He cleaned very thoroughly, even scrubbing the paneling at the bottoms of the walls. He even cleaned behind the fridge, kitchen drain area, and other hard to reach places. He left nice finishing touches as well like folding our toilet paper. Not to mention, he did all of this for about half the price that other companies would charge for the same level of cleaning.
