I went to the Valero gas station at Willow & Nees at 6:15 AM on November 26, 2025. I was parked at the end pump. I went to throw some trash away, but since my door was open, I went around the front of the pump aisle, as I was walking back this truck comes swerving really fast cutting the corner to the pump and all he was doing was going to the other pump if I had been 2 feet further he would've hit me. There's no reason to drive so recklessly. I asked him if he would please drive more safely and he just started cursing at me. He needs another job because driving safety is not his strong point. read more

We've been with SJPC for over 7 years at this point with a great price that has only gone up once by $5. The set technician for our route is Damien, and he is absolutely phenomenal. He is communicative and always listens to our concerns. He gets back to us quickly with any questions. Seriously, this guy gives the best customer service! Bumbling and incompetent....you may get disconnected. I need one of my properties tested but can't even answer a simple question about a unit inspection fee: Is it $200 PER or what?? "The tech will advise when onsite." Really? How that help me compare or plan? Others are coming for a flat nominal fee of $150... And that's for 3 units. We already know there are subterranean termites as the address was treated 10 years ago for the same issue. There's NO crawl spaces nothing other than a pic of some minor damage to see. Just had SJPC come out today to take care of my pigeons under my solar. They added bird exclusion fencing to the panels and so far it looks great and the pigeons are trying to figure out where to move to now. When coming out to a residence home first don't leave it disheveled. Second actually check things out. Beds are not the only places to find bed bugs. If you checked along the floor boards you would find tons of bed bugs and eggs. Take the time to do the job thoroughly and professionally. No one like to see their kids stuffed animal thrown on the floor in the corner or the room where there is an infestation of bed bugs. Not happy. Management informed me that they didn't find any bed bugs. Really? Only checking brand new mattresses that I had to buy and my one remaining couch because I threw the love seat out. Yeah, didn't do any real investigating. I'm not a professional but I've done my homework. They should have kept looking. Curtains. Behind pictures. Window seals. Outlets. Along floor and wall. They slip into any Crack. I basically was hand feeding the proof but that was overlooked. read more

Our renters thought they had bed bugs. After thoroughly going through the house the San Joaquin Rep. couldn't find anything but took some samples the renters gathered together and brought them back to the office lab. They stayed on top of the situation and called back the next day and said the samples amounted to nothing. The renters were experiencing mosquito bites. Another company may have unnecessarily tented the house and charged over $3,000 for nothing, but San Joaquin was honest and didn't charge us a dime for inspecting and diagnosing the situation. I needed a termite inspection for my home as part of sale requirements. I called San Joaquin after talking to other big name companies that would only give me an inspection if I purchased a contract from them. San Joaquin sent out their inspector, Eddie who was very professional in his manner. Eddie checked every inch of our house, inside and out and explained what he was looking for. Who knew there were more than one kind of termites. I didn't! At any rate, his report came the next day, as promised. Their fee was reasonable as well. Overall, a very good experience. I highly recommend them for inspections and I'm sure they're just as good at pest control. read more

Their service used to be good but for the last couple of months if the bill wasn't left on the door, I wouldn't even know they came. I truly don't think they have been spraying at all. Backyard doesn't get done despite leaving the gate unlocked and also having the lock code on our account. Over the last 2-3 months I noticed an abundance of spider webs near the ground/sides of my house and with that, many, many black widows. We ended up getting bug spray to kill the spiders ourselves and after requesting a new service tech and appointment, they came and "sprayed" the front. They did not come during our appointment time window so the dogs were in the backyard and thus the backyard was not sprayed. Spiderwebs still everywhere. Needless to say, we cancelled and won't be wasting money on a service that is obviously not being performed. *note the picture of the wreath on the door is from the service supposedly done today that we were billed for. The staff is so accommodating and the job they do helps us rest assure there are no pesty bugs and critters anymore. I payed 150$ for one time service and he told me it would be good for 2 months. After only 2 weeks the ants and bugs were back. When I called they told me to sign up to a one year contract for $50 a month. They do first service bad so you sign up for one year contacts... Money hungry company!!!!!! read more

Although we have used Liberty/San Joaquin for many years on a monthly basis, they are just not responsive when called about a problem. They are content to bill regularly every month but do nothing when called about a particular infestation. We will be terminating their service. read more

We have used S.J pest for many years. Most of the time we had no major problem but over the last year or two we have become dissatisfied with the lack of attention to our pest problems. Our tech, Danny, seems to either be in a hurry or no longer cares about the job. Many times he missed spider webs that were obvious. My wife would discover webs in the garage right after he supposedly treated. She was forced to call him back. We recently developed an issue with mice. Most of the time he would forget to bring the sticky paper and bait. He was called multiple times by my wife to deliver those items. This last week was the finale. He promised several times to deliver those items...did he? NEVER did. We have had it with his forgetfulness and taking us for granted. We would NOT recommend this company. read more

I called these guys for a pigeon problem. They netted off under my solar panels, cleaned the disgusting poop they left all over the roof, and even cleaned my gutters. Few days after they came back and baited my roof. It's been about a month and it's been effective so far. Really impressed! read more

What a joke! They came by my home in Harlan Ranch three weeks ago and were supposed to give me a call back with the estimate within 48 hours. Not only have they not called me back, I have called them three times and each time the person at the front desk has told me she would relay the message. Either she isn't giving them The message, or they just don't care. Either way what A poor excuse for customer service. EXCELLENT customer service from Maria at this location! San Joaquin tented my house in 2012, their sister company Liberty Pest has maintained our monthly treatments. Last week I called for a refinance pest inspection and Maria scheduled the inspection. Inspector Eddie came out RIGHT ON TIME and processed the proper forms ALL WITHIN 3 days. I used Fran's pest control service to take care if a pesky pigeon problem that was leaving a large amount of droppings all over my entryway and driveway. I sent a request online for the company to contact me, and Fran called me the very next day. He was available to come to my home the day after to consult regarding the pterodactyls.....I mean pigeons. He is friendly, accommodating, and gave me options on taking care of the problem, along with taking care of the issue promptly. He was able to have his workers come within the week to mesh parts of the roof where the pigeons were perching and sneaking, and bait the pigeons to later poison them. His workers were fast and efficient, and I haven't seen pigeons since. read more

Service has been average, but what has really pissed me off is that we were receiving invoices by email, our email got switched. By the time we realized that we were not getting either serviced or invoiced, about two+ months, we called to find out that they had already turned us over to collections! Not once phone call.
