The cashier then called over the first woman who avoided me upon entering the store. Again, a wholly unpleasant employee quickly measured me and suggested the only bra in my size. Theres a discount given when you try on a bra which was nice but the only acceptable part of the experience. wouldn't shop here again, they could all use a retraining. they couldn't even read the names of the bras or colors correctly. My bra was thrown into the bag with a pile of the branded tissue paper, they hate their jobs and it shows.

Dan is very relaxed and easy going; I've never felt self-conscious taking photos with him either in lingerie or naked. Before each shoot we've had a conversation about what the goal of the shoot is, some images that we've found for inspiration, and how we want to start. Throughout each shoot Dan has showed me images recently taken.I am always in awe of how his eye has perfectly captured the mood of the pose, my confidence, and how his lighting puts my body in the best possible positions. I love every edit he's sent me. Being able to look back at these various shoots has definitely increased my confidence as I continue to finesse my body towards a goal. His studio is spacious, warm, and clean. He has props (such as a bed and a changing screen), and is always willing to take a break if you need one. I've brought a portable speaker with me before and played my own music to set the mood. If you go to his website you will see women of various ethnicity and sizes. Dan is able to make every woman's personality and sexuality come through in his images. I highly recommend you treat yourself and book with Dan.

We just called to schedule an alteration and were told by Luke that we could not get alterations unless we paid. We would not have left the store upon purchase had we known the truth. When we advised of what we were told - we were advised that there was no way he could help us. We asked to speak with a manager and he did not transfer us. We are very disappointed that the associate who sold us the jacket was in error and that we now need to pay for that error. We are also disappointed that upon discussing this issue with Luke, there was no effort to make things right.

I did end up finding my dress at David's Bridal, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. During my appointment, I received very little assistance in the dressing room (I believe the consultants name was Alyce but am not entirely sure) and did not feel supported while trying on dresses. I also was not allowed to try on certain dresses I was interested in, and I didn't get the opportunity to try on the styles I originally came to see. I was very rushed even though I made an appointment. What upset me the most was being told I may need to "try somewhere else" to find a plus size dress that would actually fit me. As a bride, that comment was very discouraging and made me feel unwelcome. In addition, when I picked up my dress, no one discussed alterations or offered guidance on next steps. My dress is too long and will need alterations done but I was not asked or helped. I was simply put into a dressing room by myself and was told "there you go" and "just stand on your tippy toes and the dress will be fine". We literally just tried on and walked out of the building (no one said anything to us by the way) because no one was there helping. They were not busy as we showed up 10 minutes after they opened and no one was shopping yet. And there were at least 3 or 4 girls there walking around. While I'm happy I found a dress I love, I truly wish the customer service and inclusivity had matched such an important experience to me. If I could return my dress and go somewhere else, I would.

As we arrived, we were told someone would be over to assist us. I told them it was okay, and we didn't need assistance. If we had questions or needed help we would go to them. So as me and my mother began looking, a woman named Hailey came over. Her attitude off the bat, was not positive. She said we could look, but we would have to go to the front to sign in for a walk in. I did not know that it's preferred to schedule an appointment before hand. At this point I realized we probably needed to schedule so I apologized, and said if we needed to come back a different day we would. She told us we got there at the perfect time for the last walk in. So we proceeded to go over to the front to sign in. Her tone and demeanor was off from the second we interacted with her, and she made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Although we arrived two hours before the stores closing time, and there was nearly no other customers in the store, I don't understand the need to have an attitude. When you are in a customer service job, there should actually be no attitude give to customers. She completely killed my mood when I was so excited to potentially find my wedding dress. I think, especially with her role of helping women find a dress for their big day, she should be more kind. Wedding dress shopping should be an exciting and joyful experience, and this rude stylist ruined that special moment. After leaving the store I will never come back!!
