He didn't listen to what I ordered and didn't ask if I wanted whip cream. I know I'm being nit picky, but these should be standard parts of customer service for a coffee shop. I've been a loyal customer for several years now, and as of late the lack of customer service and consistency in drink quality has decreased.

We both kept saying, "Man this is so good!" Over and over again. My goal is to try the entire menu. The young woman who took our order was incredibly friendly, and explained how you could get anything blended with or without coffee, or just basic shakes (which made my kid very happy). I love that they also donate a dollar to a local animal shelter if you have your dog/cat with you, so sweet. Great place, we will be back weekly ; )

Played with both carts before deciding to keep it simple and compare basic items to other spots. While this might be one of the better boba spots in the area because it's not too popular outside of Portland, I felt it was underwhelming overall. They offer a jumbo size at 32oz for an extra $1.75 but not sure if it's honestly worth because they fill a ton of volume with ice. Even with less ice, my drink seemed to float in the arctic. Classic Milk Tea w/ Boba - first of all, the boba was a bit firmer and harder than average levels. Still chewy, just tough. However, there was great flavor as the sugar marination stuck. Milk tea was very basic, at 25% sugar, it was light with creaminess from the milk. Black tea base but the tea flavor was not prominent. Matcha Fresh Milk Tea - very viscous, as if the drink had too much syrup. Recommended 50% sweet which is close to 75-100% on a normal boba drink and I think is guilty for the viscosity. Overall, there was an okay matcha flavor but the texture was way off. Unsure if low quality matcha powder or if they have some type of matcha syrup.

I would rate this shop a 4/5 stars in areas with a higher competition for boba, but for Corvallis, this place is definitely a 5/5 stars. My favorite order was the Green Tea Crema! I've tried teas with milk foam at local boba shops where I live and they still don't compare. The actual pearl consistency was mostly good, only one off day from what I remember. Their prices were reasonable and I definitely wish I could still easily drop by. My only complaints are the small menu (however, I understand this is a local shop and not a chain) and how sweet their drinks are. I normally get mine at 75% and even 50% was about 100% anywhere else. If you visit here, you'll regret a too sweet drink more than a not sweet drink so keep that in mind. The coffee lava milk and coffee milk tea are both very strong, just like Vietnamese coffee. For refreshing fruity drinks, the mango citrus cloud with 25% sugar is the best and the jasmine green tea with milk foam is also very refreshing. The brown sugar oat milk tea with 25% sugar has the perfect amount of sweetness without being too sweet. We had a good time enjoying the drinks there.
