Oregon Dutch bros just hits different!!!! Maybe it's just the Oregon air and water but DB in OR is addicting. During our 1 week fishing excursion in Brookings we went to DB at least 1x a day but usually 2x a day. CA DB is still amazing but somehow I miss this OR location. The service is standard DB service., so friendly and happy. This location I had to walk up to with the pup and they slid the window open to help me. As coffee lovers, my husband and I wanted to try Dutch Bros since it's a hot new franchise and going public. The staff here was friendly and efficient, taking our order and processing the transaction quickly. My daughter liked her mocha, but to me, it tasted like sweet, milky hot chocolate--nothing special. The dark coffee, however, was disappointing. No aroma, no freshness, just bland. This will be our first and last time at Dutch Bros. For real coffee lovers, Starbucks or even McDonald's coffee is far better. This might appeal to younger drinkers who prefer sweet, iced drinks, but it's not for us. read more

Heard a lot of good things about Dutch Bros, and it is only available in Oregon. I have to try it when I see one. Drive thru only. A lady walked over to our car and took our order via her iPad. She was friendly. I ordered the Wallaby freeze, and shark attack. The shark attack is energy booster. However, we did not feel the energy being boost. It was a very sweet drink. I like wallaby freeze. It is not overly sweet and I can still taste the coffee flavor. I will get more coffee from them while I am still in town. read more

We have Dutch Bros everyday. We have our regular shops and they know us. However, we have been traveling around Oregon the last couple of days. Every DB has served my husband a Creamsicle. Orange and white chocolate. He had one yesterday in Coos Bay. So, here we are in Brookings and they say that drink is off the menu. They don't make it anymore. #1 BS. #2 he still could've made it for us. They still have the flavors. We spend over $450 a month at DB since 2020. I think they could accommodate. We went to here and were so excited for the seasonal cookie butter lattes. I said "light ice" twice to make sure during our order. We ended up with 6" of ice in each of our cups, and didn't taste any cookie butter. I'm scooping ice out of my cup in the parking lot. And the latte wasn't flavored I don't think, I believe we just ended up with regular lattes. our morning excitement turned into a bummer. We're here for a few days and ended up going to the grocery store to get things to make coffee at our place for our remaining days. The guys were super friendly!! I've given Dutch Bros so many chances to get it right. And now I'm just going to stop trying. First, I don't like the taste of DB's bitterly strong coffee, but I drink it in a pinch. (I love expresso and coffee, but DB sludgy coffee lies somewhere in between.) It tastes like they use mature coffee beans as opposed to tender young beans , less smooth more bitter. Secondly, I always order the basic vanilla latte with no changes to the item. It seems the coffee kids don't have a recipe to follow. I cannot recall a time when my order has tasted the same. (My family loves DB and they just tolerate the inconsistency). Yesterday was just the worst waste of my money (again). No vanilla whatsoever. I had my partner try it and the sour look on his face confirmed ...no flavor of vanilla and no sweetener. Really upsetting to pay for a drink you don't get and too late to fix ...as you're down the road. The only thing DB sells is coffee and they just can't get THAT right! Mind blowing. read more

Cannot understand why people think their coffee is the best. It's actually pretty gross and more expensive than most places. Yeh, they hire baristas with personality that are able to smooze with you while waiting, but it doesn't make up for the terrible coffee beans they use. We never heard of Dutch Bros Coffee until a week ago when we were driving through the Northwest. We are now HUGE FANS. This location had fantastic service and the drinks were delicious. The coffee is delicious and the price point is AWESOME. We get the cold brew nitro with flavor shots in the largest size possible and it's still cheaper than you could get in the Los Angeles area. The product is super high quality and I love how many sugar free flavor options they have! Dutch Bros, we are fans! The Coco Moco is very yummy as an iced coffee and can be made sugar free. :) read more

Even before their delicious caffeinated creations find their way into your cup holders, the cheerful, fabulous, funny and fun nature of the baristas here warms your heart and brings a smile to your face. This is some mighty fine coffee. Granted, this company is all about the fanci-fication of simple coffee drinks. They spice up your lattes with a bit of coconut, dash of cinnamon, or irish cream. They are LOVELY. The girls behind the counter seemed to be quite nice and friendly as well. So far the best tasting coffee in my life! It's flavorful, unlike the over-rated Starbucks which taste like they water down their drinks. The individuals who work at these drive thru's seems to always be full of energy and smiles. Either they drink way too much of their own products or these people are hired and "required" to be overly smiley and upbeat which can often appear fake rather than real, but I guess better fake happy, than grumpy cat unleashed Lol! But we were shocked with the poor customer service here, we didn't get a greeting a how are you nothing. The runner was silent taking our order, when we got to the window he was also silent.
