We visit this location whenever we pass through Cornelius on our way to Forest Grove. Hubby ordered the candied cherry blended Rebel and I ordered the orange creamsicle Dutch soda. This location is a bit tricky to get in and out of if it's busy. You have to know you're going there and make sure you turn in the correct spot. The broista here are super friendly and they have made our drinks pretty consistent. read more

Dutch love! I cannot believe that the Cornelius store hasn't been reviewed on Yelp yet. I'm gonna fix that. I drive out this way once every few months or so just because the staff is so cool. Favorite coffee personnel ever! Ray's the manager, and she rocks. I still wish she (and the rest of her crew) were still at the Hillsboro store so I could visit them more often, but what're you gonna do. Dutch Bros coffee is outstanding. They're the only coffee store I know of that consistently carries maple flavoring, which is my all time favorite for a simple latte. If this location could just stop talking so much to the customers and the people inside and be faster, they would knock Starbucks out with all of their business. The coffee here is clearly so much better, but there is just too much talking and it takes forever to get a coffee. I wish they could be as fast and efficient with excellent customer service like Starbucks, but they just don't seem to value the time of their customers. This has been a problem for years at this location, I just tried coming back again last week to see if it had changed but it's the same problem as before. read more

Not as quick, or as high quality as Forest Grove, but understandable. They are always busy and only have one drive up window, which definitely holds them back from being more successful. But they give you the typical over the top kindness dutch is known for, and the drinks are good or atleast ok considering the constant wave after wave of customers they go through. I literally can't name everyone and give a shout out because everyone is so amazing. My favorite is Joe and Colton, and Johnny is my bfs favorite, and I love all the girls. Staff is just incredible, and I'll drive past all the others to get to this one. I've brought messed up drinks from other stands to them (my bad for going to other stands) and after getting "the talk" they gladly fix the drink into their amazing works of art. Love Dutch. And for the people saying it's too sweet, ask for it to be half sweetened or try the cold brew flavored. It's good too. ;) read more

I love Dutch Bros. Every visit to this location, however, has been a disaster. I have been through here a handful of times. They almost always get my drinks wrong. No problem, I work customer service, too. I get it. Another day, I purchased a tumbler. I was unaware I got a free drink with my purchase, or at least a stamp card. They let me buy one and not one of the three employees said a word. Weird, disappointing, but again, not terrible. There was one final day that made me swear Dutch Bros off forever. My sister and I were headed to a movie for the night. We saw the line was packed. We got in line. After awhile (and no one being behind us), we got out of line, parked our car and decided to use the walk up. There is one lady there, she does not acknowledge us for a long time. A simple "hey I'll be right with you" would've sufficed. Eventually, she takes our orders. Sweet! She gets rollin - only to find out she's making someone else's drinks. Weird, but I figure maybe she has a routine. Wrong. She makes one of our drinks without handing it to us, and proceeds to help ANOTHER HANDFUL of customers. At least fifteen minutes have passed. She finally reaches the end of the car line. Makes our final drink and takes my card. Someone pulls up, she runs my card, and proceeds to help them without handing me my card! So before she can finish one more drink, I politely ask for my card back. "Just because you guys come to the walk up window doesn't mean you get better service." was her reply. !?!?!? Excuse me?! I had never had this happen before anywhere EVER, so I was speechless. I told her I worked in a café too, and understand how it gets busy sometimes... But all customers get equal service, wherever they approach the business. I never rushed her, never even spoke to her harshly. She was unconvinced and TOLD US TO LEAVE. We had not threatened her or even criticized her in any way, even my sister tried multiple times to make friendly small chat which she ignored. We were never in a hurry, just thought we could help by being active and using the window - which is there for customers. This experience absolutely made me swear off Dutch Bros except the Forest Grove location. I was baffled by the way these employees were being taught customer service, even more taken aback by an employee who would actually speak that way to a paying customer. Dutch Love? It takes forever to get a coffee here! I've tried to come here in the morning before work several times, but the employees are way too talkative with each other, and customers. It's a complete shame, because I love this coffee. I've actually had to wait three whole minutes before for my coffee when there were only two cars in front of me! Any day is a good day to get coffee. I am never disappointed when I stop by Dutch. The crew is always friendly! I like that everything comes in sugar free, but still tastes good. Sometimes the line is a little long, but it's because this is such a popular stop. It's worth the wait. I like that I get a discount for bringing my Dutch cup back each time. I also am impressed with how involved in the community this place is. There are always flyers for local events, food drives, participants the school fundraisers, something. Coffee is great but when they talk to customers after handing them their drinks for over 3 minutes, it is a little frustrating. Once you hand a customer their drink you want to wind down the conversation to at maximum 20 seconds and on to the next.. When I see the car ahead look back at me and I see the dutch brothers employee say to them, oh, he is ok and they keep talking, NO, I am not ok, I am not enjoying waiting while you talk to some guy in a truck.. This has been happening more and more so I am not going to your store anymore! I tried going to the one in forest grove and same thing, but worse. I guess dutch brothers doesn't mind losing regulars, they lost me but their lines are still long! read more

So slow!! Do not waste you're time at this shop. They only have one drive through window and the workers there are terribly slow. Their customer service isn't as great as other stands I've been and I've had several drinks that taste burnt or bitter. The main negative about this shop is how goddamn long it takes to get a drink!!! I only go to the Forest Grove Dutch Brothers after the many times I've tried to be patient at this Cornelius shop. Don't waste your time!!! Drive the 5 minutes to the Forest Grove shop and you're guaranteed to get there, get your drink, and drive back in the time it takes waiting at Cornelius. read more
