Cute place, very spacious inside and lots of parking, there's some seating area for board games. Tried their grilled pork banh mi and it is a bit more pricey than other places though still competitive. Personally we prefer more meat and veggies. Stirfry egg noodle came with broth and the beef is very thin sliced and small portions, toddler approved though! Be sure to check their specials board, there's always something delicious highlighted. My husband usually ends up ordering from there, this time it was chicken Pho, but he's had vermicelli bowls in the summer too. It changes seasonally and with the weather. My daughter and I usually go for the lemongrass pork banh mi. It's large, the bread is crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside, and it's full of meat and veggies. They always check in to see how you're doing and genuinely want to have a conversation. Last time we were there they had a super stocked free pantry for the community during the Snap cuts. Also, the amount of meat on the special was less than sub par, nothing like the amount you'd get at best baguette. The bread was softer, but chewy and tougher to bite off. Viet coffee with sea salt foam was decent, more milky than Viet coffee flavor. Everything here is amazing! My husband and I came in for the first time today, and I truly wish we had pictures of the food but it was so good that we ate it before we could even take a photo. This is probably my favorite banh mi place in Oregon so far. I got a barbecue pork banh mi and it was so moist and tender compared to other places that leave it dry. The bread itself, even at 4:00 in the afternoon, was unbelievably fresh and wonderful! I love that this location is family run and operated. The ambience here is totally welcoming and relaxing. Everything is also so very clean! Putting the amazing food aside, the star here was the service received. Every employee I interacted with was unbelievably pleasant and polite. i've been trying out banh mi lately. this led me to order the tofu banh mi from CM Banh Mi. based on all of the rave reviews, i definitely had high expectations. i found the sandwich was just OK. they don't do much to make the sandwich flavorful. tofu doesn't have to be bland and boring, it can take on so many different flavors and textures. i think making a spicy option would be a nice touch, but it also needs another flavor boost in addition to that. that said, the menu image showed the sandwich having long, hearty slices of jalapeño, and i had exactly one little sliver of jalapeño (maybe the size of my pinky) and it wasn't spicy. that's especially wild this time of year when there are so many local farms selling delicious jalapeños. finally, the sandwich was sparse on the tofu. i was expecting to receive at least as much filling as i would with a meat-based sandwich, if not slightly more for being plant-based. read more

Trust me, it won't murder the inside of your mouth from the toasted bread like other Banh mi places... I also got the chili wontons ($9.95) and unfortunately it wasn't my favorite. The wontons itself lacked in flavor, I felt like they needed to season the meatballs more. Unfortunately, I wouldn't get that again but overall, I had a great experience. First I was asked if I was ok with jalapeños. I said yes....no jalapeños on sandwich. Very disappointed. Secondly veggies weren't pickled. This is another specific detail that was missing. Next it was basically a veggie sandwich with a (very) tiny bit of thin sliced pork. The pork is supposed to be the star of the sandwich. Lastly when the sandwich was "placed" on the counter for me to pick up, a great deal of filling (possibly one or two jalapeño slices that was actually put on the sandwich) fell onto the floor.
