It can sometimes take forever to get coffee and if you need to park you have to park in the street or the car back of the parking lot because the employees park at the spots up close to the door. I went and request a medium iced Golden eagle with extra carmel + line cup with carmel with soft top. They made it and it didnt have the soft top and no flavor so i went back. The girl said she would make it again. I got it and it wasnt lined with carmel and it basically tasted like milk with expresso. This was the Dutch Bros on Locke in Fort Worth. I stopped by to order a refreshing drink. I placed my order at their window for a Cotton Candy shake, which consists of blue raspberry and white chocolate. The good: The cashier was friendly and attentive. The bad: The Cotton Candy shake is definitely one of the worst things ever. It does not even taste like cotton candy, and it's extremely watery for a shake. The flavor is horrendous, and would recommend readers to avoid this drink at all cost. The drinks are unfortunately too sweet and having to guess on trying to build your own to cut the sweetness ... not worth it. It cost too much to experiment time and time again. Also... Dutch's should share a larger percentage of the profit with their employees vs pushing the whole "would you like to tip?" all the way through the process to try to make up. First off the staff: AMAZINGLY NICE AND WELCOMING!, happy to be at work and as I had NEVER been to a Dutch before, they were more than happy to tell me all about their menu! The cold brew is perfection! Perfect sweet and bitter coffee flavor. With just a tad of sweet fluff on top. Not over done whipped cream. The kid loves the lemonade and the teen will love his...I pre-tasted and OMG! Sugar rush and SO yum! The staff at the window also explained the Dutch app to get extra points and items and chucked a handful of stickers at us! My kids will love putting these on laptops and iPads.
