I was having a VERY rough day today, i felt bad going thru the drive through crying but i needed coffee the girl who took my order ( she was there at 4:20ish ) had saw i was upset and told me to not worry about paying for my order and that she got it.. i cried even more because that was just so sweet. she told me that ' whatever is happening right now will pass' i never got her name but if you see this, know you made my day 100x better! read more

As much as I love Dutch bros, this is by far my least favorite location. They are horrendously slow. Even when I have ordered ahead, I've gotten to the window and literally the broista said to me: "okay we'll get started on that." Management at this place needs to step up. The service is completely subpar compared to other locations. I once got stuck in the drive through line for nearly an hour at the same line length other locations get me through in 10-15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. read more

I'm not sure what happed to this Dutch bros. My past few experiences with them have all been negative. Extremely slow, completely ignored at the walk up window, the quality of the coffee has fallen off as well. A trifecta of failure. I'd recommend getting your coffee elsewhere. read more

This place has wonderful service and everyone just seems to be in a great mood when you talk to them. I think this is exactly as it should be, and makes it very inviting. Coffee is great Service is great Employees seem to like being there Very very quick (they seem to have learned from Chick-fil-A because it's very efficient like they are) It's just a quick, great place to grab coffee or a shake. If you're in a hurry, don't stop here. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees even though one of the employees walked down the line and took orders well before I reached the window. The coffee is good, but the passive employees and extremely slow pace of service ruins it. This is the slowest coffee place. Customer service is below average. I ordered at the window and was ignored by 2 employees that clearly saw me standing there waiting. Finally somebody came to take my order and then I still had to wait 15 minutes for my drink. There was only 3 cars in the drive thru, and me. Absolutely ridiculous. Ok so listen... I absolutely love this place. I go here almost every single day. I 100% believe there coffee is better than Starbucks, cheaper, and u get larger cup sizes. One thing I will say, and this is why I don't give it a 5 stars, is the drive threw is 2 different lanes that merge into 1. People will cut right in front of you when you should let one person over from each lane at a time. People are angry before they get there coffee and it's hard to deal with. Other than that this place rocks and I love seeing something like this out here in white settlement. They also open late which I love because i can always go for a late night shot of espresso that keeps me up when I need to study for exams. Their drinks are delicious, but as others have said they are highly inefficient. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to get a drink in a drive thru. Customer service is terrible, and it's clear nobody working there has been properly trained. It's definitely a bunch of kids with their first jobs. They need to learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-A's drive thru efficiency. I ordered 5 drinks one day and the girl at the window told me she would only give my awards account 25 points, but she couldn't credit me for all of the drinks. Why have a rewards program then? Another time they put in my order wrong and argued with me over what they were making for me. Too frustrating of an experience time and time again to return. There Is No Speaker To Order Your Drink So Your Required To Wait In Line Until You Get To The Register Before Your Order Is Taken. Extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes for 3 drinks. When we got to the window we saw a plethora of employees doing nothing and being extremely inefficient. It took 30 seconds to pour a drink... a DRINK. If I had the owners number I would call him and tell him how disappointed I am in the service, location, and overall experience of this Dutch Bros. If this was my first time at this chain I would never want to go to another one ever again. I absolutely love their coffees! I love to see all employees in such a great mood. My few complaints are what is the point of choosing the shortest line if we just end up in the same line again? There is no main order speaker you just order at the window which slows the line down. If I need to hop out of line due to the line being too slow I can't because it's blocked off. 10/10 recommend putting a main speaker in so the drinks could be made by the time customers arrive at the window and the line will fly through. I'm running late for work as we speak and ima bout to run these cones over just to get out of this line!!! This merge is useless and serves no purpose. read more

We go to Dutch Bros often, probably 4-5 times a week. This Dutch Bros is the only location we seem to have a problem with. They don't seem to understand the menu. We have been to this location 4 times and every time we have had something wrong with our order. The last thing I want to say is the staff isnt as friendly as the rest of the Dutch Bros locations.
