Awesome customer service. I got a coffee before I went next door to NTB for an oil change. My coffee got cold and so I walked back to Starbucks and asked if they could please reheat my coffee. I'm not sure what the name of the barista was (it was around 11:30am), she offered to remake my coffee for free. I felt bad because I didn't have any cash on me. I gave her all the change I had! Great location in West Ft Worth. They are fairly fast but are usually busy. It's not uncommon for the line to be wrapped around the building and almost into the street. I would suggest adding 10 minutes to get through the line as it takes about that long to get to the window read more

This is my "home" Starbucks, so I've been here MANY times. The morning staff here is fabulous! They are always quick, efficient, and friendly. Special shoutout to John who always gets my order out nice and quick. The evening staff is iffy, I've had my good days and bad days with them. The wait is long, it's usually nasty just outside the doors, the drinks always taste a little different than other locations, and it's really difficult to navigate the parking lot and drive-through. Stayed in the long drive thru line for about 20 min to find out that they were closed. They may have had a sign on the entry door but to those of us in line we would only see it at the drive thru screen. The screen was on and there was a board out advertising an early closure at 4pm and nothing about being closed at all. When I left there was about 10 cars wrapped around the building. My husband goes here every single morning for black tea. The morning employees are always on the ball. It gets really crowded and they handle it so well. If you come here enough they will call you by name. I feel like they go over and above with little extras like if you are looking for something ( cups or coffee) that you don't see they will search the stockroom or if they see it later they have put stuff up so my hubby could buy it next time he was in. As far as the drinks, it's a Starbucks...not much you can change about that. It's the employees that make this one special. Parking tip: There are three parallel spaces on the drive thru window side by the curb that if you can park there you don't get stuck trying to pull out in the drive thru lane traffic that is wrapped around the building. read more

This is a good Starbucks. I'd say great but it's missing several key things*. I've been going to this location for years and it would've been a 4 star had I reviewed it before the remodeling. I am good with change for the better, but I'm not so sure that it was. Just to mention this review was hard to write because this was one of my favorite spots to do homework and work from until they remodeled it. I wish the remodel would have been better thought out. I may have to consider another Starbucks possibly.... But maybe it'll grow on me. On a plus side: +The baristas are great, they give consistent quality service in my experience. +the coffee is prepared as expected and consistent quality +the patio remodel is nice looking although I'll prob not ever use it (allergies) +The wifi is always reliable +I believe the restroom relocation was a good choice. One thing I found odd was they don't have men/women's restrooms which is a little strange considering there are 2 restrooms, but that's no big deal just an observation. Not so positive: -it's remodel has caused it to feel less warm and inviting in my opinion. It's not very comfortable inside this location anymore. --The comfy chairs are gone most of the tables don't move allowing for more/less people to sit together. (On the up side maybe thats good in some instances) --There is MUCH less room for customers now that they took a huge chunk and gave it to the baristas. --The entry flow is chaotic and disruptive in that you have to cut through a couple tables to walk to the register. You can see that it wants to guide you to the right but that's not an organic movement based on the door location. If your sitting at those two tables it's very distracting when your meeting people or trying to work at one of those tables. No opinion: - I have never used the drive thru in a coffee shop or this one so I can't give you an opinion on that service at all All in all I think it's a good Starbucks but with some minor modifications could be much better, but getting the inside space back would likely not happen but would help greatly. *This was a great Starbucks before the remodel and still could be with some flow changes and some comfortable seats. I just wish they could reclaim some of the space from the baristas that was taken and give it back to the customers, but that's likely not practical. read more

We normally don't complain... but in this day's economy, and what lies ahead, every penny counts. Today we realized we have been getting charged for half & half, which is a condiment that they don't charge for. We've been getting charged approximately 40 to 50 cents per drink for over a month. When we brought this up to the manager...no apologies were made...This is unacceptable!! My husband and I go twice a day for an average of 4 drinks.. that comes out to approximately $2/day over-charge for a total of $60 per month!! We won't even begin to address how much time we've lost waiting in line for an average of 20 to 30 minutes per visit. At this point we will save our $60 a month and all the lost time for 2 months and buy a $1000 espresso machine. If you want to come by...we will never charge you for half & half read more

The wait is awful for drive-thru, even in the early hours when you'd think the entire world wouldn't be there. The line usually wraps around the building to the point that anyone unfortunate enough to go inside for a mobile order has to pray that someone in the drive-thru is nice enough to let them back out of the parking space, instead of being laser-focused on getting their drink and destroying anyone or anything who stands in their way. Mobile ordering? Yeah, it might save you a couple minutes...if they get the order right, which is maybe a 25% chance. If they don't, you'll find yourself wishing you'd just waited in the drive through while you stand there twiddling your thumbs watching them start your order over again, during which time the chance they'll get your order wrong AGAIN may even increase. You can make a game out of counting the seconds until you're acknowledged by an employee, if you're acknowledged at all. Then they may bring your order, which will either be missing something, have the wrong item, or all of the above. I'm pretty sure one time they forgot I was there. Another time, they gave my order to a drive-thru customer. If they get your order wrong (see above), be prepared to be late to wherever you're going next, defeating the purpose of mobile ordering. It's my theory that this is the Starbucks penal colony where baristas are re-trained, or perhaps the residents of White Settlement and adjacent areas have wronged Starbuck's in some way. Maybe this location houses a portal to Hell. Maybe someone should just pay the Pope the indulgences due so the employees here will finally be free. Whatever the reason that this Starbucks location blows, it blows to such a degree that my wife and I have decided we'd rather leave the house earlier just to go get coffee at a place that's off our route. You know where you should go instead of here? The Starbucks in Lake Worth. Consistently good, friendly service and a large enough location that you may not have to worry about whether you'll be able to stick around and sit down. read more

I love the baristas at this very busy location. The line is always long between 7 am and 8 am, but it never takes long to get through it. They must have a phenomenal, finely orchestrated team in there. As I mentioned in another status, I ordered a drink in the drive-through and realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. I wanted to sneak out of line and drive away in shame, but instead, I was honest with them. I think the barista's name is Sawyer who let me have my drink AND oatmeal for free because I'm a "regular". I love Starbucks, I gave it nearly 3 years of my life and I give it a quarter of my paycheck now. I know that baristas have bad days and I know that a lot of customers can be total assholes, so I'm not going to give this the 2 star rating my heart desires. However, there is one tip that I'd like to give the baristas at this particular location: your voices carry across the lobby, so when you're dramatically complaining about the lady in drive-thru being obnoxious and not knowing how to order properly, you're pelting your lobby-guests with "I wonder what they said about me" phobias. It also doesn't help when you scream into the headset 5 times for the woman to pull forward in her car so the lady behind her can order at the speaker... if she didn't hear you the first two times, Tarzan, she's not going to hear you the fifth time. Not to mention that it took 10 minutes to get two drinks that didn't require any milk-steaming or real effort on the barista's behalf... of course, who doesn't mind waiting for the cashier to finish her text message before remembering to put the sticker on your cup and in-line behind the other drinks that came after you ordered yours? On a better note, my drink tasted perfect and for whatever reason, this isn't a consistent victory of mine at Starbucks. If you have to go here, at the very least, your drink will taste right, if there is another Starbucks you can hit on the way to wherever, GPS yourself to it and don't look back. read more

I agree with most other reviews that the wait time here can be atrocious if you're in the drive thru or walking in to order. I generally get around this by using the Starbucks app to order ahead of time to just pick it up instead - it's a much smoother process without the stress. Every coffee I've gotten here, from simple black coffee to stupidly sugary drinks have been wonderful. My drinks have always been correct, and I've never had issues with the taste or what's in stock at the time. All in all, a great stop on my way to work in the mornings! read more

This is a very busy Starbucks in the mornings from 7 to 8. It must really wear on the person working the drive-through because they are usually not the friendliest. In fact they are sometimes quite rude. I usually just ignore it because I'm sure they're busy and that must be a difficult job, but today was too much. I order a cheese danish and they handed it to me and it's smashed on the inside against the wrapper. I ask for another one and they became annoyed. The drive-thru person even turned their back to me while they talked about me, I could still hear them!!! I do not spend money, no matter the amount, to be treated that way or made to feel bad. Seriously, I've frequented Starbucks for over 7 years now and this location needs help with customer care at the drive thru. It's really unfair to spend over $5 on a specialty drink and get nothing even close to what you have ordered, so I gave up in general.
