Use to come to this stand a few years back and the crew was like family. In town visiting currently and had an awful experience at this shop with Jessica Ramirez (the shift lead) and her crew. I know dutch bros as a "yes!" company that is constantly willing to connect and grow with costumers. That is the farthest thing from was was demonstrated on my visit today. I Am a regular customer of Dutch Brothers. I went in to get my coffee and they asked what I was doing? I told them that I got Bell's Palsy Syndrome since I'd seen them , and I explained that the right side of my face was paralized. I asked for my drink, and they asked if I ordered. me, " yes , of coarse I ordered...". They didn't have my drink order ready. I told them I would pull around the corner and wait. The customer service representatives I spoke with about my handicap, told the manager , that was " acting crazy". It really hurt my feelings my feelings as I am having a hard time " acting normal". Then they brought me out the wrong drink. Then the manager came and talked to me. Dutch bros as a while has gotten worse and worse at taking an obscene amount of time to get thru a line or push out orders. Its a guarenteed WAIT every time i go. This has been my coffee stand for 6+ years now. The staff is amazing no matter what is going on they are friendly. There have been times where my family is stopping for coffee after a really bad day or event and our regular baristas can tell something is going on and take the time to check in with us. Make a few jokes to get us to smile and really show they care about us and that we are not just a customer. Yes there are times a drink might not be right or the discontinued something but they always fix the problem and offer alternatives to what you may be looking for. I've had multiple problems at this Dutch bros, yet this was the worst. I was sitting at the walk up window waiting for my drink as a employee who's obviously just coming into work walks up and loudly says to her coworker laughing saying "oh is that your homeless friend over there" like come on? I get having friendships and making jokes but YOU ARE AT YOUR PLACE OF WORK! & the customers can hear you loud and clear. They got a bunch of these all over Portland, maybe other places, IDK. This place is cheaper than Starbucks and the also have a red bull drink where its red bull and you can mix it with their flavors. I guess its to make red bull taste different but I like the taste of regular red bull so I just got the coffee. Everything was going excellent until the girl at the window started handling out my drinks. She was placing straws into my drinks with her dirty fingers. Thoughts: My favorite coffee stop. I prefer to make my own coffee. I drink coffee every day. I study every day. Starbucks only happens on a bad day. Going here is a good day. I drink coffee with almond milk, dislike diary and the beans I order are organic - always. To give you an idea. In short, picky with a certain taste for this amazing bean. The feel: They get busy around lunch but they usually handle it super well. Staff go walk down the car lines and ask for your order in advance. Kind of reminds me of Sonic - super cool. When they're not busy I ask them to make me a drink with almond milk. Whatever they want. I need to start asking for recipes at this point. Music is normal on full blast and everyone is busy. Great feel and service. I like stopping by here. Best times are early mornings and late evenings. Medium Kicker with almond milk is my go to. This spot a 10 out of 10 for me. Where do I begin. My boyfriend and myself stopped here before heading back to Washington on a short getaway trip to Portland. One thing I can say is I really wish that we had these closer to home! I got an iced carmelizer and he got a hot chocolate. Both were delicious! The price is average but the product is amazing! The atmosphere is funky and fun! My first experience here was a great one!!! The women at the drive thru were extremely sweet + easy on the eyes which is always a plus haha. I love the way they make your coffee. They almost always remember you and what drink you enjoy the most, which is nice considering how many customers they have. The one thing that I feel could use some improvement is the wait time. They are kind of slow during peak times (before work), which can drive customers to use other locations that may be a bit speedier. If I have the time, I will always choose this location. read more

Always in and out with this place, never so busy that we're waiting over ten minutes. However, I'd say this place was NOT in Gresham, but in Rockwood. In fact, the heart of Rockwood.
