Only had 8 flavors to choose from. Not bad but other places I've been always have at least 10. Toppings bar was messy but they did have your run of the mill options. Space was small but they also had some seating outside which was nice. Workers didn't greet us or say anything to us when we checked out either but they weren't rude either. Take that how you want. Overall, not a bad froyo place, just not as good/nice as other places that are also average. read more

This place has gone down the drain. First, they no longer accept the punch cards that allow you $3 off when you get x number of punches. Employees said the boss said one day to just stop accepting them. Second, you walk in, get your own cup, get your own yogurt, get your own toppings, weigh it yourself, and they still ask for tips. Tips for what? What did an employee do other than tell me how much money I owe? Not going back. Go to Frenzie in downtown Gresham instead. read more

3 stars for the frozen yogurt only. I would've added more stars if I hadn't ordered the monstrosity they're selling as Thai Ice Tea. The drink was absolutely disgusting, the worst I've ever had and how do you mess up Thai ice tea smh the drink was thick and gritty. DO NOT ORDER THE BUBBLE TEA!!! Sad part is I read the bad reviews for the drinks and still decided to give it a try. However I was happy with their choices in frozen yogurt flavors. read more

Frozen yogurt shops are either a 5 or a 1 star. This place isn't over priced, samples galore and bubble tea, the taro was on point and tapioca was fresh. Good flavors as well (8 options) good topping bar, and had mochi!! read more

I ordered a crepe and it was missing stuff, had basically no fruit on top at all, and tasted rubbery :( I was very disappointed by the food and on top of it all was the service, the cashiers were laughing and whispering and giving me weird looks the whole time! Not worth almost $10... I honestly don't think I can come here again, every time I've came it's been either burnt or undercooked and missing items and the customer service is just awful. I've never wanted a refund more than I did with this experience but felt too judged to stand up and ask. read more

I come here way more often than I should but it's because I receive GREAT SERVICE. The girls here are awesome. They are always friendly and attentive. The flavors get switched out weekly. They updated their menu to now offer Smores, bubble tea shakes, and waffles on top of all the other things they have. They also have a decent selection of toppings. read more

My family and I have been coming to Picoberry since it opened. Back then all they offered was frozen yogurt and crepes (both of which are delicious). I don't even like crepes (weird texture I can't get with) but the crepes here are THAT good. Now they still offer froyo and crepes as well as bubble tea, s'mores platter, smoothies and more. The owner of Picoberry is Bosnian or Croatian and when I think of bubble tea, Europeans don't come to mind. Lol There's a great place on 82nd and the bubble tea counter at Clackamas mall is pretty good as well. That being said Picoberry blows them both out of the water. I've tried lots of bubble tea spots but none are as tasty and consistent as Picoberry. The taro is my favorite and the boba are always fresh. They never over blend so no runny bubble tea here. read more

Usually love this place but the service tonight was not good. I ordered but somehow a huge family who paid after me and a mother and child received their orders before I did. Three groups left and the store was empty.. but the girls continued to dilly dally around while I was waiting for my very small order. I think customer service and efficiency need to be added towards training. read more

Cute little shop and service is decent despite it being run by a crew of teens. Normally I'd expect lackluster service but it's actually pretty decent. Yogurt: I'd give a solid 4 stars... maybe even 4.5 stars. Pretty good selection of flavors that are actually quite tasty. Topping area is usually kept clean and tidy. Tons of selections from candies, cookies, cereal, fruits etc. Also have syrups and sauces. Drinks: 1 star. First of all, WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE BOBA TEA AND MILK TEA when *NONE* of the drinks contain Tea?!?!? It's just fruit juice apparently. False advertising and totally pointless. The drinks end up either overly sweet or bland. No good flavored iced teas boooooooooo. Tapioca boba and lychee jelly are good though. If they work of their drinks, they get my 4 maybe even 5 stars. read more

I noticed Picoberry while going to the AAA office next door, so I stopped in for a small treat. It's convenient that they have the day's flavors posted outside by the door so I don't need to go inside to look at each machine to see if there are any flavors I like. It turned out that there are four flavors that interested me: Strawberry Shortcake, Raspberry, Passion Orange Guava, and Milk Chocolate. I like self-serve places because I like to get a variety of flavors and will usually just get a really SMALL dab of each. (I think my purchases are probably among the smallest that most frozen yogurt have ever seen.) All four of the flavors I got were very good, and the employees behind the counter were very friendly and nice. This is a good place. read more

Would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I've been here a few times for the bubble tea. They've never had good tea and their boba always tastes old BUT since there isn't bubble tea near by, I had to settle with Pico Berry. My sister and I ordered 4 honey dew original milk teas. Instead of giving us what we ordered, they gave us ORIGINAL flavored milk teas (ok....disgusting..who would even order original flavored bubble tea?!). When we told her it wasn't what we ordered, she argued with us, telling us that it was what we ordered. We told her we wanted the honey dew milk teas and she said we would have to pay for four more. We left and when we got in our car, we realized that there was a hair SEALED in our drink!!! We went back in & let the cashier know and she didn't really seem like she knew what to say. We told her we wanted our money back for that bubble tea and she had to call the owner and talk to him for 10 minutes in the back. She came out with his name and number and told us to call him. He basically made it impossible to get our $5 back. It wasn't worth our time so we just gave up. We went inside, threw away all of the teas in front of the cashier and left. Thanks to the lovely customer service via the cashier and the owner, we will never be back. Went with my kids to get some yogurt and my daughter found a piece of black hair in hers. I know it wasn't ours because we all have blonde hair. Very gross and upsetting. theres no excuses to why it would end in any of the fruits/toppings. They have a thousand signs to wear a mask at least then can do is make sure their employers are keeping their hair up. read more

Since moving to Gresham about 2 years ago, I have now been to Picoberry quite a few times. When I first discovered it, I was really excited, because there aren't many places nearby that sell bubble tea. I also enjoyed the frozen yogurt and all the amazing little treats I could adorn it with. :) However, despite enjoying the desserts, I have always thought it was kind of expensive and have never had wonderful customer service. I don't know if the young girls that typically work there are simply inexperienced or what, but they're not friendly. In fact, last summer, I had an experience there that kept me from going back until just last weekend. So, I've tried a lot of bubble tea flavors. But my favorite has always just been the classic milk tea with boba. One evening last summer, I walked in and ordered that exact thing. When I got the tea, it was NOT the normal solid, sandy brown color. It had an orangeish tint and I could see specks floating around in it. When I tasted it, the specks - some of which were actual chunks - were hard and chewy and almost tasted like tamarind. Regardless of what it was, there was something seriously wrong with my milk tea! I walked back into the restaurant and went up to the counter to ask what was going on with my drink. Not one, but two girls stood there and argued with me, saying nothing was wrong with the tea and that it may taste different because they were getting their powder from a different vendor. I wasn't rude, but I pretty much explained that I had had milk tea all over the country and knew what it tasted like. I was surprised that they didn't, working at a BUBBLE TEA joint, after all. They finally offered to make me a new one. Well, the second one was exactly the same. They didn't offer to give me a refund or anything of the sort and still basically stood there looking at me like I was crazy. I left and didn't go back until last weekend. Last weekend I went in a little after 8:00pm, knowing that they would be closing soon at 9:00. I didn't figure it would be a big deal, since I was ordering drinks and self-serve frozen yogurt. However, I made my order and was promptly told that they didn't have any tapioca left. Wait, so like 30-40% of your business comes from people purchasing bubble tea, and you have no bubbles? I cancelled my drink order and just got the yogurt. Unbelievable. Today, I almost went there around 8:00pm, since I was just across the parking lot. But, guess what? I drove all the way to 122nd and Division and got my boba from a different place instead - by the way, the girls there were SUPER friendly! Why would I go back to Picoberry for mediocre service, possibly tainted tea, and a bubble tea with no bubbles? No, thanks. Not interested. Next time, unless I'm dying for boba, I think I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I love the fact that they have homemade whipped cream and they handle the spout not John Q Public wherever his hands have been! Always clean except for outside. Oh and did I mention that they are only $0.44 / ounce!?! That's super cheap! The whole family can get dessert for $6! The only downside is the seating arrangements are too casual if you have big groups. Its a sit where you can fit style of seating and I would like to see more tables. I believe they are private owned by a father and son team, which is a bonus if you like to support small business owners. Worst customer service ever! I had a employee yell at my child! Scream at her to call the manger! My daughter ordered two drinks and the employee made 3. My daughter would not pay for the 3rd drink so that's when the problem started. The manger, who has video and audio of it all started problems with me over my daughter not paying for the 3rd drink! I tried this place yesterday for the first time with the family. The Establishment itself is nice and clean and the customer service was really nice. However there bubble teas we weren't really that great. The Bobo's are frozen and that really takes away my favorite part of the bubble tea. Then also not sure if they use some type of sweetener, but it had a pretty strong taste to it. The kids couldn't drink more than a third of the bubble tea. read more
