Although the coffee was as it normally is, the service was not up to par. It was around 9:40 pm, and my friend and I were on our way to work an overnight shift, so we pulled in to get some coffee. To start off, the person at the window sat and talked to the customers for about 5-10 minutes, took their order, then took another 5 minutes for them to get their coffee. There was no line, so they weren't busy, but they also were trying to get things done fast. We came up to order, ordered, and had to repeat our order 3-5 times before they got it right. Normally I don't complain about them asking for the order a second time, because they do that almost every time I get dutch. My friend ordered a pumpkin pie latte blended, but the barista had a hard time understanding what we were asking for. She said they had a pumpkin frost, which didn't have coffee, and that they didn't have a pumpkin pie drink. We said that would be fine, but as they were making it we saw a sign next to the window that said pumpkin pie, so when the barista came back I asked her what the difference was. She started talking about syrups, but I asked if the pumpkin pie have coffee in it and she said yes. I said that's what my friend wanted, but she wanted it blended. The barista was very particular about the names of the drinks and said that was a pumpkin pie freeze. So we said, we want that instead. We got our drinks and paid, I said have a good night, and she blew me off. It was poor customer service, she had an attitude the entire time. read more

I used to drive out of my way to come to this location, and to avoid the horribly slow location on Burnside but never again. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manor. I was waiting in line, when a grumpy and rude barista came out and started barking orders at the cars pulling into the drive way to move into the farther, yet MUCH longer line. I understand this is for safety but I was the next car in line, and politely let her know I was in a hurry and would prefer not to join the line that was 3x's as long. She yelled THANKS at me and walked off. She came back up to my car and continued to run her mouth in front of my children. She was an unprofessional spoiled brat, and cost your location a frequent customer. If she were my staff, she wouldn't have a job. Maybe if she went inside and made coffee, the lines outside wouldn't be so long and there wouldn't have been this issue in the first place? Seems like common sense. read more

The boss needs to communicate with its workers. What time do you close? 10:30 or 11:00? Because when I work at night time it's a 50/50 as to if I'll be able to get coffee. It would be nice if you had a set time to close so I could grab coffee before I leave home if you're going to close before 11. I've been there multiple times spanning from 10:30, 10:35, 10:45, and 11, all different times they were open or closed. Please close at the same time everyday, not just when you feel like it. It's frustrating to the customers that are rolling dice to see if you are open or not. read more

I really do love dutch brothers, and this location is the closest one to my house. But the last 4 times I have been there they have screwed up my order. I will say that this never happens at night when I grab coffee on my way to work. I'm really not one to complain but I wish the day time people could get it together a little better. read more

Me and my friend had a HORRIBLE experience at this Dutch brothers and it was really discerning because we live all the way in fairview and only come to this Dutch Brothers because the customer service is amazing and the drinks always taste great. 2 nights ago we showed up about 25 minutes before closing (we also work in the drink making business and get off late) we apologizes for showing up so late and explained we knew how it felt. We received eye rolls from ALL the employees and one of them went as far as to say "So much for getting out early!" Followed by another eye roll. We order 3 rebels one blended then she AGAIN rolled her eyes and yelled to her coworker "Guess we have to re clean the blender" so we changed our order to another iced and they didn't even say thank you. We tried really hard to make it easy for them. After we got our drinks they said have a great night and we began to pull out only to have to go back because they didn't give us back our cards! We even left a $6 tip because we felt bad, really disappointed. Last night we went back and that's the only reason I'm leaving a 5 star, the girls last night were so friendly! Very nice, drinks were amazing and they seemed concerned about the night befores experience. read more

Online it says that this location is open until 11pm. I'm so mad, I really needed some espresso to pull an all-nighter for my exams. I come into the drive thru & they're closed. Granted, it's 10:45pm. But I still needed coffee & everything else is closed, & this was supposed to be open. read more
