So happy to have a familiar boba chain in Gresham! Sharetea is my to go boba spot whenever I have a boba craving. This location have lots of parking in front and the inside is small and clean. They have a lot of option for drinks and tons of topping as well I always recommend my friend to get the creama on top of your milk tea just trust me!!! They occasionally have seasonal drinks as well but I always just get the same drinks every time I come lol. I tried bringing in my reusable glass boba cup and was told they could not use those at this location, which surprised me since I know Sharetea in Beaverton and Hillsboro both accept reusable cups. That being said, since I had already placed an order, I just let it be. Though, I wish the cashier would have mentioned this before I had ordered, as I was holding the cup in front of me the whole time. It just seemed like an odd restriction given that I have used my reusable cup at several boba places in Portland and know they are accepted at a few other ShareTea locations. Anyways, aside from the cup incident, this place was fine, but nothing to rave about. Service was fast, the place was clean, and there is a fair amount of parking. It's in a great location near some several other shops, so is a convenient place to stop if you are running errands in Gresham. The actual boba drink itself was surprisingly sweet considering I had ordered a 30% sweet. It was a very syrupy sweetness without a lot of tea or fruit flavor to balance it out. Also, there were seeds of the passion fruit in the drink that were unpleasant to find. Just another sharetea chain, but not all of them are equal, sadly. This is a new one in my neighborhood and I stopped in to grab a classic milk tea the other day. I got 30% sweet with no ice since I knew I was going to save it for after dinner. The drink was very sweet for 30%. Having been to multiple bubble tea shop grand openings, the 40 minute wait at this location is the single reason the why I am now lower my rating to 2 stars. There was clearly enough staff too because we saw people from the back coming to the front to chat with the employees in the front. The Tiger Sugar grand opening, with a significantly longer line took roughly 10 minutes and the ShareTea in Cedar Hills was about the same. It's obvious they did not take the lessons learned from their soft opening. With average bubble tea traffic in the store (roughly 4 customers), it still took me longer than any other place but I understood that because they were in the soft opening phase. Employees were frequently having to reference the sheet to see what was needed for every drink. ShareTea is one of my favorite bubble tea shops, so I am hoping this location dramatically improves their operation. read more

Ahh I just needed a thai tea fix and here came ShareTea on Division. Perfect location for a day of shopping! Going in I was surprised to see signs indicating no dine-in allowed, no tables or chairs, and no public restrooms (I get it, you dont wanna be used as a truck stop) But anyway ShareTea smelled like a whole tea party and I could have stayed there for hours- but I had places to be. I beleive their bubble teas are a bit bigger than some of the other places I have been so that was nice! The customer service was nice too! I ordered the Thai Bubble Tea shaken over ice and it was perfect. It was $6 and while I am used to my usual place being around $3 you will get no complaints from me. Only thing I would suggest is that if you are going to continue to be To-Go only, why not utilize such a big empty dining room for a social media photo-opp! On more than one occasion, they have been very rude and unaccommodating. I should rephrase that and say on one occasion, they were actually accommodating and nice. I have never left a review on anything, but this has happened too many times to more than one family member and/or friend. They didn't take accountability when the drink was made wrong. Or the chunks of ice in the drink were not blended to name only a couple of issues that were not addressed when brought to their attention.They didn't help with their new system, which actually made us lose all of our points. Nobody helped with the system at the kiosk. They seem to not care or just didn't be bothered with it. Numerous customers in our short visit, also could not understand the system. I would think that they would be more accommodating and helpful with a smile being a new business. I would think the owner would train his employees to be nice and helpful to address any problems. It really is too bad they don't have any competition, just saying. All of this can be corrected with proper training to the employees. Hope it gets better. read more

Glad there is a sharetea in Gresham! It's in a plaza shared with Bestbuy not far away from popular shopping stops. Plenty of parking tucked away in the middle of shops. I recommend all of the creama drinks because creama just makes every drink taste . Matcha or coffee creama are my go-tos, but try taro with creama for even more . If you need good boba, you definitely have to visit this new location in Gresham. I met the owner and she is super nice. Will def come back when in the area! read more

It is great to have a boba tea place in Gresham, and this is a good location. My pre-teen daughter loves these sorts of places, and this seems quite similar to options in Portland. We stopped by during the evening a few days after they opened, and it was busy. I'll be surprised if it stays that busy. The menu is large, and I had a hard time deciding on what to get. The milk teas are a great place to start. I had hoped prices may be a bit lower in Gresham relative to Portland, but alas that didn't seem to be the case. Boy oh boy where do I even begin?? I came in on April 14th and got a lava flow drink, and man was it good, it also looked really good I may or may not have screamed out loud when seeing it!!! The service was great too, there were two marvelous people at the time, and boy were they servicing!! They were so welcoming and so friendly I felt like I was back in high-school hanging out with my friends! But this place must have a severe learning curve with these new employees because all of our drinks just came out very subpar but I honestly believe that's just because they had no idea how to properly use the blender and get us that great consistency Sharetea is not for. Now all of the ingredients in all of the taste or perfect OnPoint they maintain such a high quality level of add-ins will be there Boba or they're jealous or in my case the custard... in my taro for instance I had about four or five whole ice cubes at the bottom of a blended drink I just don't think they're knowing how to mix it I even went as far on the one we took home to add four to be extra blended... The lady looked at me weird when I ordered it this way but even that drink came back with large chunks of ice and I'm not being picky it really was kind of ridiculous when you're spending over six dollars on a drink now I mentioned a little bit when I left to them not asking for a remake not asking for a refund but more of a training opportunity because really it's putting a bad name out for such an elite level of quality. Been to several other locations in town and quality is just as consistent. Although the points system here isn't registering with the clover app. I've already been here four times and have purchased over 12 drinks but the clover app shows that I haven't purchased any drinks despite entering in my phone number each time at the register. Had to speak with the manager and he also is unsure why there's a disconnect between their store and the clover app. He manually entered in only 4 drinks despite rest of the drinks I've purchased to make up for it. I'm the type of person that loves to try something new all the time. Sadly this past Thursday August 3rd ,was not the occasion. I got very disappointed with this place. My family and I went to try this place out. I'm not sure if the gal that was taking my order was upset , or just don't want to help us. She was very rude, seemed angry, and even said " Can you hurry up ". Like c'mon I'm literally paying for some drinks, and to receive customer service from you like that, it's not not even worth it. We had ordered less sugar drinks on ours, and the gal made it 2x sugary There was another gal that gave us our drinks, and she just kept looking at my family and I like if we didn't belong there.
