Ordered a cold brew at the window, which is a very simple, unfussy beverage, and waited over 10 minutes for my drink. The staff were clearly prioritizing the drive-thru orders, as many cars received their orders while I stood there. Someone who had ordered minutes after me was given their drink. Thought that was odd, but I was trying to be patient. After listening to several BLARING songs at 8am, I was ready to just walk away without my drink and dispute the charge with my bank... when I saw one of the employees place my cold brew on the counter near the window where it sat for another 2 minutes before being given to me. I don't understand why the person that made the drink couldn't call out the order to get it out the window. - I won't ever visit this location again read more

Our car broke down in Hemiston, Oregon. We stayed at a hotel and dropped the car off at dealer waiting for Monday for a repair. I walked one and a half miles rom hotel with my daughter dog at 6 am to DutchBros Coffee in Hemiston, OR like I have done last two days to get two Americanos and a Chai tea.. They had the walk up window closed. There were several people working inside but they ignored me expecting me to stand in line with cars holding a dog leash. I hope their manager sees this because their coffee was awesome before just lacking hospitality and service today. read more

This Dutch Brothers is located right next to a Les Scwab, its easy to get in and out of, and the prices are very good for drinks! The service was fast and friendly and wife is happy that got Dutch Brothers for the night! Much better option than Starbucks! read more

Usually the drinks are really good here and they get the orders right. Today we wanted three drinks, the first came out incorrectly so we made sure they knew. When we told them they asked very aggressively if they really wanted them to remake it. They also only gave us one of the other drinks and I paid for three. It wasn't the worst experience but it was a bit disappointing. read more

Dutch Bros is GREAT. No matter which DB you stop at, the coffee is always perfect, might take a couple tries, but they make sure you are pleased. The thing that puzzles me about Hermiston's Dutch Brothers is that they are kind of out of sync with the other stores. It seems that this owner, is not as experienced , as all the others that I have visited from Seattle to Sacramento. For example, there are always plenty working, so many in fact, that they are spending more time tripping over each other than making coffee. And just about the time you learn their names, you arrive one day to find a whole new crew! Today is new crew day at Dutch Bros, Hermiston. And today was bad coffee day at DB. They couldn't understand english, or didn't have time to listen to English, because I told them clearly, three times, that I wanted a large snickers, double sweet, with extra hazelnut, caramel, and chocolate, and what I got was a straight freeze. Not a hint of the hazelnut, caramel, and chocolate, at all! Frustrating. The guy could be raking it in, but he requires the crew to learn all the recipes, but gives them no training time, just throws the new employees on all at one time! His turnover is crazy, the other stands have the same employees on each shift for a year or two. He apparently does not realize that each new trainee is costing him money, that it is more important to keep the employees that are trained happy, than hire new people. You pay them a little more, and you make sure they know you appreciate them, they won't move on as quickly, you make money, and the customers drink more coffee! read more

I LOVE me some Dutch Bros. Seriously, it's my jam. But this location is so hit and miss, and it's mostly the customer service that is so iffy. Today I stopped by at about 10:30am and pulled up to music so loud I couldn't even hear my thoughts. Not only was it insanely loud, it was some heavy metal music that is not conducive to a good majority of the genera public. Now, I usually like DB's energetic and somewhat loud music, which typically puts a smile on my face. But this music was obnoxious and way too loud. Alas, I needed my coffee fix and I'd already waited, so I tried to place my order. Now, TRIED is the operative word. Because let's face it, the poor girl couldn't really hear me. I had to repeat and correct my order 4 times so it didn't get lost in translation. They made my drink correctly and did what I wanted them to do, but ordering coffee shouldn't be so hard, and definitely shouldn't leave me with a headache. Please turn your music down a bit and choose something better suited to your general clientele. read more

Just got their cold brew-delicious! We got there about 10:00 on a Sun morning and their was a line of cars for their drive thru and a separate, shorter line for the window. High energy atmosphere, great service, tasty coffee-perfect! I'm glad they're doing so well; great location too. So I LOVE Dutch bros but on this evening I stop at this Dutch bros and it took 25 minutes at walk up to get 2 cups of coffee.
