Friendly baristas, always get my order right. My coffees are always right not too sweet or too dark.

Service is always great at all Starbucks. This store outdid themselves. The ambience was great for the early morning.

Starbucks is Starbucks but I always come into stores w larger orders. The girl at the register taking drink order said she could t out individual names on drink labels. I absolutely know you can, she just didn't have the sense or customer service in mind. Typical "I don't get paid to do that" attitude. And didn't care to ask anyone how to do it. They won't get my order anymore at this locations m. Which is probably what she wants any way. She had purpleish pink top of her hair short around the bottom and a lovely little nose ring piercing sound like a Karen but sometimes I just have to say no that's not good enough. I believe the employees at this Starbucks deserve an accommodation medal. I hardly ever see it without a line wrapped around the entire store & that is not bc they're slow at making orders, they're always moving around in there like cogs in a machine. They know what they're doing. & 98% of the employees I have encountered are super friendly, & from what I have encountered, it is rare that they mess up on an order. If they do, it is not that hard to contact customer service online, Starbucks will literally bend over backwards to please its' customer base if something goes askew. I do have to say, through no fault of anyone working there, that the parking lot & drive-up at this Starbucks were designed by someone brainless. It's incredibly dangerous & I'm surprised there hasn't been more accidents coming & going. read more

The kids who work here are very nice and that's why there are two stars. They are, though, as slow as the DMV sloth in Zootopia. They also struggle to accurately take orders (I ordered four drinks and got three). They also struggle to make drinks accurately. A woman's hazelnut macchiato had no hazelnut. Finally, they don't call out the entire drink - a "soy latte" is a "latte." Again, nice kids...but their manager needs to get it together. read more

Pretty quick and very Friendly Drive Through! Reliably great, ALWAYS busy, but worth a bit of wait, sit in line for a minute, decompress and check your messages and BOOM you got a great coffee coming through the window from a smiling face. AND they now have electric charging stations for cars if you are so inclined. read more

Normally I don't choose starbucks ... But here in Hermiston there isn't a lot to choose from! Plus, the staff here is simply amazing. They are so friendly and wonderful when you come in. They want to know who you are and what you do and why you do it. I love the small town feel of this place. They know my weird drink before I even walk in. I come and I rate this place a 4 star because of the people. Keep it classy starbucks. read more

Only thing I like about this Starbucks it that there is a CFN fueling station behind it so I can pull in there with my Semi and go grab coffee and get back out, and it is in a good location in town, don't have to go out of my way the crew working here have always been really nice and the store has always been really clean, including the bar area read more

Starbucks coffee + drive thru, need I say more?! I wish every Starbucks had a drive thru!!! They have free Wi-Fi because Hermiston has a large wireless area and it allows you to have internet in the parking lot, in the drive thru, or anywhere. I love this!! It's like getting your mocha with a cup of whipped cream on the side! They also have a nice open seating area with a variety of tables and comfy big chairs. Either way it's perfect to do work or check email intermittently during your stay in Hermiston :) read more

The Hermiston Starbucks is a nice store as far as facility is concerned. I did not, however, have a pleasant experience with the store's partners. I purchased a coffee and, after an hour or so, went to the counter to ask for a refill - this time, tea. I have a Starbucks Gold Card and one of its perks is free refills of coffee or tea, iced or hot. Starbucks website specifically says, "Free refill(s) of hot or iced brewed coffee and tea. You must use your registered Starbucks Card to purchase a beverage and then present that same Starbucks Card for refills of hot or iced brewed coffee or tea during the same store visit at participating Starbucks stores." Anyway, the partner taking my order said she wasn't sure how to do that and called on another partner for help. That partner told me it wasn't possible to switch from a hot drink to a cold drink for a refill. After I explained that it was possible, she still claimed it wasn't, but would "graciously" do it "this one time." She proceeded to give me a grande iced tea refill when I had purchased a venti coffee. I said thank you, ignoring the obnoxious size difference (hate having to get refills so frequently), and received no response from the partner. Would love for a store or district manager to teach this store's partners how Starbucks Rewards and customer service actually work. read more

This is a very frustrating Starbucks. It isn't very organized. Some of the help should not be working when they are busy. Forget asking for customization beyond number of pumps because that won't get done. Even when you do a mobile order and ask for extra foam you won't get any. Want your order correct? Best go the Starbucks at Safeway. There's no consistency here. Then there's the fact that it's always FREEZING in the lobby. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Every time I order a venti they only fill it 3/4 of the way full. I have to ask for extra hot now because the drinks are never very hot. My "extra hot" latte today was barely warm. It's sad how often they mess up on the drink orders. I ordered a vanilla latte last week and when I got home, I realized it was a caramel macchiato (wtf?). I've deathly allergic to dairy and their caramel sauce is made out of butter. I'm glad I checked the sticker before drinking or I would have had to call an ambulance. I wish this town had another coffee shop. I might have to buy an espresso machine and start making my own soy lattes. read more

I have been many Starbucks across the country. From the very 1st one in Seattle to downtown Manhattan. This one is by far the worst I have ever been to. The service is absolutely horrible. The wait after you order a drink is ridiculous. They wont even be busy and a 10 minute wait is not uncommon. Then when you finally get your drink a good part of the time they made it wrong. Most of the people that work there do seem nice. Other than that save yourself some frustration and go to the Starbucks in Safeway or go to Dutch Bros. read more
