I absolutely love the Dutch Bros Coffee Located in The Grocery Outlet Parking lot. (Marvin & Marten) You can be in the worst mood, and I promise you'll leave here with a smile. I don't know what it is about this hut. It's a magic lil hut. I can't always afford to drink from here but even when I drive by. I smile Anytime I have a few extra bucks I'll drive thru and grab a cold coffee or an Aftershock. It warms my heart to see you hire disabled when I pull thru. I do wish you'd invest a little more money in your employee's safety as in the parking lot situation, and better rain gear for the winter months. Especially for those that stand outside. I've had poor kids shaking so bad they can't even punch in my order. That's unacceptable. Have you seen the chick-fil-a employees that stand outside?? They always take forever to make your drinks. Just now I came through and they messed up on my drink twice. They didn't blend my drink the first time, And I ended up walking away with a $6 drink that they messed up on. I paid for an extra 2 shots of espresso and didn't get any. And it was also very watery. Dutch Bros is always the best, no matter where you go. You can't help but smile when you pull up to their window to order one of their tasty delights. The newest Velvet Mocha is so good, but my all time favorite is the Carmelizer!!! What I love about their mocha, and not-so-hots for the kids, they use REAL chocolate milk, not a powder or syrup, and you can definitely tell the difference. Their coffees tend to have the same consistency in taste & flavor from one "Broistas" to the next, which is important, but every once in a while you'll get an "okay" version, but that's very rare. You also have to love their loyalty stamp card program, as well as their double stamp days and specials. Hands down my favorite coffee place. read more

Service is good, coffee is pretty good (not the best, but better than Starbucks), but I do feel like there are some things this location could work on. Menu: I've only had lattes here, and they aren't the best I've ever had. I currently have a caramel latte, and while it isn't bad, and the expresso seems to have been pulled for a good amount of time, I can't taste much caramel. Like I said above, it's pretty good coffee, just not good enough to be raved about like everyone does. It's also kinda expensive -- about $5 for a 16oz. Service: I love that Dutch Bros sends some baristas out into the line to take orders -- this is a good service practice, and is much needed so the parking lot doesn't get too filled up with cars waiting for coffee. The barista that served us was very sweet, and was working hard on finishing orders despite there being 4 or 5 bees flying around her. However, someone working at the time of our most recent visit was playing Yeah by Usher on MAX volume inside the coffee hut, and at certain points in the song, some of the workers would sing along loudly. I don't have any problem with this except for the fact that my husband had to speak very loudly for our barista to hear him from our car. I could see this upsetting other people who expect more professionalism from the food-service industry or who are offended by one of the baristas yelling "SHES A LADY IN THE STREETS BUT A FREAK IN THE BED," so I thought it might be worth-while to point out. Their coffee is eh, definitely not the best I've had. I don't like their chai either. Every time I've gotten a white chocolate mocha it's been pretty good but anything that isn't sweetened to all hell is pretty average. Employees here are amazing tho and the customer service is awesome. I got a dirty chai and couldn't drink it because it was pretty gross, went back and they made me a new drink for free. This is the second Dutch Bros. Coffee in Lacey! Opening up another DB stand in Lacey has definitely brought some sunshine to this part of the world. This little stand has two drive-through windows and a walk-up window. The employees are super friendly and make your drinks pretty fast so you can go on with your day. They offer a stamp card, buy 10 drinks and your next drink is free. Also check out their monthly specials and text messaging: "DBLACEY" to 86677. One day they had a special going on: buy a DB gift card and they will match it for free. So we bought a $50 gift card and they gave us another $50 gift card for free! Who does that?? And I love that they really get into the spirit of the holidays and football season and whatever else going on these days with costumes and props too.
