Service super slow. Spent 20 minutes in line. It's like every car has 10 orders but only gets 1 drink. Got to the window and there are 6 people working. I got my drink and it was horrible. I think they forgot to add the espresso. Continued on my way and threw the drink out at the Chehalis Dutch brothers where they made a proper beverage. read more

The iced almond milk latte was scrumptious as well a the cold brew. The muffin top was not very good and there was a long wait. The muffin was too sweet but someone else would probably really like it! The wait was about fifteen minutes but the coffee made up for it. This Dutch bro stand is always so disappointing! I've had good coffee here once... it's too bad it's never consistent! My order is super easy.... tiny hazelnut vanilla latte with almond milk. Nothing worse than taking your first drink and it only tastes like the syrup and I left a tip I want my money back! Won't be going back to this stand! This is for 2 days ago. Pulled in. One car ahead of us with 2 people. They order. 7 minutes later, still haven't got to the order window. We noticed 4 people working, hmm....chit chat a bit much? I honestly tried to give an honest review, but the same customer service as my first review. I pulled out again. Not like there were 10 cars ahead of us in line, there was 1 ... I'm over this location. They talk too much and honestly everytime I've went here their coffee seems watered down and meh... I tried, but I just can't support these local businesses when they lack customer service. Note to owner: There are people that have to work and are possibly in a bit of a hurry. The chit chat really needs to be nipped in the butt. I get it that you want a friendly environment and that's great, but you'd get more people through the lines if the chit chat was kept to a minimum. People are there to work. I also know this is done to get tips, but lemme tell you something. I don't tip McDonald's employees for making my cheeseburger and they work a hell of a lot harder than these baristas. It's a joke to think I need to tip for a Flippin iced latte! How hard is it to put milk, coffee, ice, and syrup in a cup and hand it to me? Seriously sick of tipping coffee shops! But this...This place is magic. The drinks are ALL delectable, delicious, smooth.. & prices are reasonable too. So normally I'm a Dutch Bros customer. But early on a Monday morning leaving Lacey WA after a few days stay, when I pulled into the line at DB: 1-some guy chatting up customers outside the booth with his phone in his hand. Not knowing what his purpose was , as friendly as it may have been I waved him off; I was here for coffee to go. The car in front of me pulls up to the window. 2-The barista and her BFF in the car began sharing stories . I don't mean pleasantries, I mean long week-end catch-ups. After 2-3 minutes barista buddy looks back at me then turns back to give her Chatty Cathy her full attention. Line on the other side of the booth is 4 cars long. I drive across the street into the Forza drive-up window. It feels like I just drove to Italy. Barista is so nice, so helpful. Service was quick, quality will get me all the way home to tear up my DB card. read more

Love the coffee. Could do without the intense forced morning conversation, but I do know many people enjoy that. My only wish is that they'd be as focused on listening to your order and translating it correctly as they are with talking nonsense with you. Last week I ordered a soy latte and the girl was too busy asking me back to back questions about life (barely taking a pause before rapid-firing the next one, I should note) that I'm sure she missed telling the barista the "soy" part.
