I've been going to Dutch Bros for around 8 years now because I love how customizable the drinks are and the flavors are consistently tasty. Since moving to Washington a few months ago, this has become my go-to location. The customer service here is always friendly and upbeat, and my drinks are usually made exactly how I like them. I also use the Dutch Bros app pretty often for rewards, sticker drops, and bonus point events, and this location usually still has the promotional items available if you come within the first few hours. The main downside is that this location gets BUSY very often so long lines are expected, but still doesn't offer mobile ordering ahead, which feels a little outdated.. The employees usually walk down the line to take orders early when the drive-thru gets long, but the wait can still be around 15-20 minutes from start to finish during peak times. Even walking up to order can take a while because there always seems to be a line. There was also one visit where my order somehow didn't go through in the system after an employee took it outside, so by the time I got to the window they hadn't started making it yet. I felt a little bad that I was holding up the line but thankfully, I wasn't rushing anywhere that day. The staff owned up to their mistake though and were very apologetic and handled it well by adding 2 free drinks to my app rewards account as compensation. I really like sweet treats, so I recommend this order if you have a sweet tooth like. very smooth with the blending and no random bits of ice. woke me up, but not as much As I hoped...not as much caffeine here in this drink ._. I have been coming to this stand for 11 years and I love everyone here so much they are like family to me,but the fact that they have to be in this environment with a bee infestation and multiple employees have been stung one and one of them being all allergic and could've died. This is unacceptable for whoever is responsible for this stand needs to take care of this bee issue immediately. Knowing that someone was allergic and they could've died and the situation is still not taken care of is completely unacceptable. You have minors working here. It seems like me being a customer and caring more about your employees than you do is a real issue. It also is very dangerous for customers as well. We can't even roll down our windows, and if we do beads are flying in our windows and going into our cars. Do better!! I went to this location today I ordered a couple drinks. Everybody was super nice! The drinks on the other hand were not made correctly I didn't get any I ordered a lemonade and it was made incorrectly they even clarified with me the flavors and didn't make it right. I also ordered another lemonade but somehow got a rebel instead and it tasted nothing like the flavors I got it tasted plain. I've been to a couple other Dutch Bros locations but always got the same drink since I loved it so much (Iced Annihilator) but wanted to try something different this time. I've been wanting to try the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha but wasn't sure if I wanted it iced or as a freeze drink, so I asked the barista helping me and she said "must try" as a freeze, so I did. Five stars for hands down the friendliest team of people I have met since moving to the PNW a few weeks ago. The team today was amazing and really made me feel welcome. They gave me recommendations, a sticker and even asked for my name/ introduced themselves even with a busy line. Very efficient as well- they had someone with a tablet walking the line to take orders and then they confirm at the window. The only downside is that they don't have any breakfast sandwiches or savory items. The nitro cold brew annihilator was awesome. I will definitely be back! They truly made my day today. read more

This is my favorite location, because I truly believe the employees go above and beyond. I know the Dutch Bros Way is to go above and beyond however, this location is nailing it, day in and out. Also, recently they have stopped asking if we want to give a tip and I believe that is a great idea for Dutch Bros overall. The tipping culture is getting out of hand and if I do tip, I prefer to tip in cash. I think asking is a bit much and I appreciate that they have stopped doing that. They offer Military Discount, a WIDE VARIETY of flavors which can be added to your drink there (MILK OPTIONS) regular milk & non fat, soy, almond, heavy cream, half/half. There are many choices either pick what's on there standard menu or there secret menu on the web you can also create your own concoction they will be more than happy to make it for you. Hands down, THE best drive-thru coffee company out there! Forget the Starbucks, if you wanna spend $5 on coffee or their other specialty drinks, you'll get your money's worth here, trust me. First timers often get the Carmelizer, but their "rebel" drinks and white coffee are amazing as well. Probably the happiest workers I've seen, always upbeat and ready to help with your order or talk about this and that while you wait. Everything I've tried at this place so far tasted amazing and gave me that much needed caffeine kickstart to get the day started. Can't beat the quality of their drinks, plus they donate over 2 million dollars a year to local communities and nonprofit organizations! Definitely my go-to! Doing errands and a mocha sounded great. But I did not want to make a full pit stop in a sit down coffee shop. I'm not a regular customer, but Dutch Bros. was right there. I pulled in and saw that the car line was 3 or 4 deep. Yikes!! Mistake. But a barrista came out with an iPad type device, took my order. If you're looking for good coffee in the Lacey area, look no further than Dutch Bros! Its always a must when I'm home. This little drive-thru spot is always efficient. In fact, the friendliness reminds me how much I miss Lacey, since you don't encounter that very often in Seattle. Dutch Bros coffee is consistently good. The Carmelizer is my typical go-to drink: smooth, tasty and not too sweet. If you're a sbux frapp fan, your life will change if you try a Carmelizer Dutch Freeze style. They blend in the right amount of ice, where it will never taste like the drink will get watered down. As much as I would love for them to expand in Seattle, I don't think the service and vibe of Dutch Bros will ever be duplicated.
