Wonderful coffee ..ordered my favorite hazelnut truffle coffee and forget to mentioned no soft top.. i asked for it to be remade and the worker just took off the soft top off and handed it back to me...i was under the impression it was a remade drink..i had a reaction because the soft top did not agree with my stomach and i threw up driving home..I guess the worker did not understand i wasn't trying to be difficult just needed my drink remade.. so due to this experience its off of my list of places to visit in the AV. read more

If I can give a 0 star rating I would! I got about 10 drinks on September 1 around 9:39pm. The employee with purple hair was so rude and the manger needs to be changed asap! I was approached by the employee with purple hair to take my order but I asked for a second since I needed time to look at the menu. She then proceeded to make more drinks. Once I was ready I told her and she looked at her coworker, nodded her head and rolled her eyes saying "teenagers". I found that so rude and unprofessional! The fact that I hadn't order yet a was given attitude was unbelievable. After one of my friends was done with her order she proceeded to say "next time speak up because there is music playing" and my friend responded saying "ok". Once it was my turn I spoke up and she still told me to speak up about 4x even though I had raised my voice so she can hear me. I was done with my order and I politely asked for her name and she said "I'm not giving you my name" I then nicely said "okay there's no need for all the attitude you gave us" mind you I said it nice as possible. She then went on a break and went in the car with "another employee" according to the manger. After getting our drinks and walking to car the other employee speed off almost hitting one of my friends. We got home and tasted our drinks to find out they tasted like water! We went back and asked to speak to the manager to discuss what had happened previously and get our drinks remade. As we were speaking to the manager she took the employees side and made up excuses such as, "we are supposed to treat our employees like our customers so we tend to give them a lot of chances" and after telling her about the incident with the car she said "she always does that. It isn't the first time." The manger then told us that the employee with the purple hair had accused us of taking pictures of her! (There was no pictures taken what so ever). We asked the manager if she can speak with the employee and she said " she doesn't want to speak with me". You would think speaking to the manager you would come up with a resolution but she gave so many excuses and tried to cut around the situation to back up the employee. I hope this gets to the owner since we were told by the manger there's isn't anyone above her, they don't have a customer service number, and couldn't talk to the employee. read more

All hype. I was so excited to try this place, considering we didn't have one that close to us before and only had Starbucks and one Dunkin. I was honestly so disappointed when I tried their golden eagle drink which is ig their carmel macchiato, it tasted just like watered down milk ..:/, also my friend got a birthday cake frost and somehow it was already half melted when we got handed it at the window. I just want to say THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... like wow . This place is always packed and as a 1st timer, I can see why; came at a good time, only 4 cars ahead. The coffee is great, but the people make the experience even better. The people (Melody) taking the order and the on the window (Stephany) are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and amazing. If I could post a negative star I would. Heading out of town for a baseball tournament. Arrived at 5am and received no service. Employees approached the window after contacting cooperate to see if it may have been closed. Two employees finally decide they would like to work but not before they made it seem like it was the customers fault for them not being ready to serve the public. read more

The crew was a highly unprofessional unit that will ensure one true thing that Starbucks is and always will be my go to place for a cup of coffee. I have to say, I drove all the way from Downtown LA for Dutch Bros coffee and may I just say that the customer service is phenomenal. The staff is very helpful with suggestions considering it was our first time and they were so upbeat about everything. Definitely worth the drive and you'll be expecting me to come back very soon. This place is a cool spot to go to for a really good coffee or energy drink with a stupid amount of options and variants on how you can order things .. I would not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry.. just cuz this is the new hot spot so everyone is going there .. I feel it's cheaper than Starbucks and know for sure that it is.. customer service is nice too.. I absolutely love this place. The staff is incredible and friendly. Ever time I go they actually have e conversations with me while I wait. Today was a bit of a rough day for them, their espresso machine was acting up. 2 vehicles drove away angry. I must say if you don't have patience go to Starbucks and order ahead. Or leave for your errand early. Machines break all the time, ask McDonald's Ice Cream machine lol Dutch bros is brand new in our area and I was in no rush. They even gave me 2 free drinks for the wait and I told the high school teenagers working they are doing an amazing job and I hope that everyone shows these employees kindness and respect. I am a Dutch Brothers lover!!! This Dutch Brothers is the worse managed Dutch Brothers I have been to. My first experience I walked up to the window and ordered. Thirty minutes later they still had not begun to make our drinks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they had just opened and returned. The drive thru line was not as long as most Dutch Brothers so I proceeded. Big mistake!!! I watched one of the workers stand and take selfies of herself instead of doing her job. I'm not sure what the issue is but, I believe I will avoid this Dutch Brothers. read more

Always friendly staff even when the lines are long. Their drinks are delicious and customizable. Wait times don't bother me and I wouldn't leave a negative for that. Good coffee but don't have any plans made beforehand because they take so long! I skipped the drive thru thinking they would be quicker if I was on foot. This coffee is great. This is a franchise that is going to SERIOUSLY compete with S******s... The coffee that I received had the perfect amount of sweetness without adding an additional sweetener. The staff was great the person that took the order was very helpful, like that the person taking the order is able to take payment by card at that time you do not have to wait for the window. The other part that was a benefit is that since the payment is already done staff inside if drinks are made and ready to serve they bring them out to the vehicle no matter where in line. Since mine was a specialty I did have to wait for the window, but the young lady that was at the window was very personable and made the short wait time a pleasure. If the lines were not so long all the time I would actually make this my coffee go to. read more
