One of many few boba chains I actually enjoy going to. I was actually surprised to see them up here in Lancaster, or boba shops in general like ShareTea and Boba Cove. They have a variety of options from smoothies, milk teas to ice bowls. I personally usually just order their milk teas and smoothies. One thing I would point out is their mainly tea drinks are not as strong as the one down in Los Angeles. You'll probably have better luck with ShareTea. However in terms of milk teas and smoothies, they do well in those department. My personal favorite is the Taro, Red Bean Pistachio, and Jasmine Milk Tea. I also love getting those in smoothie version as well. Also, they are adjacent to a Yoshinoya so you can get your drink and meal in one visit. Seating and parking is plentiful as well.

This place is one of my favor spots. You can never go wrong with "It's Boba Time" I don't care the location, it seems to be always consistent. But yeah, the AV is the AV. Got my drink yesterday and it's still perfect . Service at this location is okay. The place looks clean and somewhat welcoming. The drinks taste Fresh. Fast and friendly service! The shop is spacious, with plenty of tables where you can relax and enjoy your boba. The air conditioning is excellent, making it a perfect spot to cool off during hot summer days. My go-to drink is the coconut strawberry smoothie with strawberry popping boba, great choice if you're not sure what to order.The mango crepe was a bit disappointing because it lacked a strong mango flavor. Amazing service and amazing drinks. This location has such an amazing vibe and the fact that drinks come out quick is a plus. I always opt for the galaxy iced tea. I have tried every single Boba place in the AV and Boba Time is by far my favorite! The way other people go to Starbucks all the time is me and Boba Time. I like that I can order on the app and show up. Half the time they don't even ask me anything. They just hand me my drink as soon as I go through the doors. My husband is used to hearing me ask "you know what sounds good right now?" And he answers. "boba time?" Our favorite is the Passion Orange iced tea. I also like the brown sugar milk tea. In fact, it's been a whole day so I guess I'll go order one now. read more

Brand new beautiful store! If you're looking for a trendy boba spot that serves delicious drinks, you've come to the right place! Thank you for opening up in Lancaster - for those who had to drive all the way out to Palmdale, this location is for you! Same delicious variety of drinks as their other location! My favorites are the original milk teas but if you want to get crazy, you can try their out of the box offerings! Staff are polite, friendly, and helpful so if you can't decide on a drink, don't be afraid to ask! Lots of parking located in the back of the complex. Our favorite spot in the AV for boba goodness. They have a great selection of flavors and options. Staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. If you have a craving and live in the area, stop by and grab some boba. I suggest the Mango Smoothie with boba. read more

Soo glad Boba Time is in Lancaster now! I used to drive over to the Palmdale location (worth it, btw) but now I can just skip down the street. The staff is friendly and the place is really clean. It's boba time is always an easy place to fulfill your boba cravings. They have tons of different teas, slushes, smoothies and milks to choose from. This one is located together with a Yoshinoya. FYI the drive thru is only for YOSHINOYA, as we've tried to order boba before hahah. You order inside and they call your number when it's done just like the other locations. Some of my favorites include rose milk tea, pistachio frappe and taro. It's boba time never fails to satisfy my cravings. It's not the highest quality but flavor is good. read more

YUM-MY!!! Can't recommend this place enough! So glad they brought it to the AV! The staff is so sweet they even make recommendations of their favorite combos and babbbbyyyy they do not disappoint! Rose Milk Tea with extra boba light ice just hits the spot!! Don't be afraid to ask the staff to recommend something to you! The menu is large and there are sooo many choices I can see someone getting decision fatigue. What's even more amazing is all the milk teas are totally dairy free which makes my vegan heart flutter a little bit. Go get some! Not bad, not great. The lychee fruit tea was a little disappointing in that the lychee hits seemed thin and more coconut flaky than chunky lychee like I'm used to, which means that they don't have a lot of flavor. The flavor of the tea was fine. I'd like to try it again. The macarons were thicker than I'm used to, but SO good with the crunchy shell and soft insides. And the flavors! I had mint chocolate and also coffee flavor. This would def keep me coming back. read more

BOBA TIME AÇAÍ BOWL IS A SCAME!!! I would like to call myself a consuier of açaí bowls and I've gotten them from all over but this is ridiculous. The bowl isn't even have full . It's called an Açaí bowl not a toppings bowl. Please don't waste your time coming here . If yo i want a real açaí bowl go to tru nature it's far better quality and worth the money . I am so impressed with this places' customer service. My bobas were messed up at first, they had ice chips, not well blended, very liquidy and my mocha boba didn't even taste like mocha. I went back in there, gave the workers an attitude and they were so nice to me. Even if I spoke to the young lady who helped in a disrespectful way i was helped right away. She fixed my order exactly to how I wanted my Bobas, gave me 0 attitude, and made me a satisfied customer. Y'all tryna find some bomb ass boba?Visit this location! I highly recommend it. The customer service has always been professional. I've tried this spot more than 15 times, and have tried a range of their smoothies, and refreshers with boba. Always satisfied with the texture, taste and quality. They've always got macaroons that are pretty good. The price is reasonable. One thing that could improve is maybe cleanliness but it does get pretty busy. It's not terrible, it's passable all in all 4/5 place to go. read more

The large size was $7.50, but the extra large size looked significantly larger for only a dollar more. They add 13 cents for convenience fee. Got the recommended 50% sweetness. Took about 10 minutes for our drinks. The drink was super sweet at 50%. Had to water down the drink for it to taste descent. Will not be returning since there's no indoor seating and they make their drinks way too sweet.

My fiancé and I stopped in since I told him I went all the way to Canada to visit a Gong Cha. He took me here and we got the seasonal drink Biscoff cookie and it was yummy! I have an issue with textures so the cookie bits were a bit odd with boba but still yummy. We also go the mochi strawberry waffle! I'm obsessed! I could eat those every day! Amy was the girl working and she was an absolute doll! She made this experience so memorable! And her alone made us want to come visit as much as we can. Sadly don't live in the area but come to visit at least once a month so I will for sure be back! As a straykids fan, definitely need to come back when Felix does more with the company.

This ham, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich was SO good. The bagels are handmade (and enormous!) They were so soft and delicious! They added tomato per my request and didn't even charge me extra. The coffee was cold and refreshing on this hot summer day, and it was so well balanced and not overly sweet, which I appreciate! I will continue coming back, for sure, and highly recommend you do too!!

I purchased a romper which fit me perfectly. I also got some squishy toys for the kiddos. I then headed to order drinks. I got the Night in Paris latte and a kids strawberry lemonade. I was given a discount and a stamp card. The girl was super nice and helpful when ordering. Every room is so nice. It's a great place to take pictures at. I loved the comfort and the decor. What made it more frustrating was that a group of six who were seated at the same time as us received their food much earlier and were already finished eating before we even got ours. During the wait, I also ordered a coffee that never came -- it seemed like it was simply forgotten. I understand Sundays can be busy, but the long wait and lack of attention really took away from the experience. Hoping this was just an off day.

Yes! Finally, there's an It's Boba Time in Lancaster! I've been waiting for one to come through this side of town. Before this location, I frequented the one in Palmdale. The vibe in this store is so different from the Palmdale one. When you walk it's bright and new. It feels like one of those trendy coffee and bubble tea hangouts in the LA area - a very modern and cool hangout vibe. Best part! - The drinks here maintain the same high-quality standard I usually experience with their drinks. What also makes this place great are the employees, I asked for a suggestion from Justin and Jean to try something different and they were really great at telling me more about menu items. In my most recent visit I had the following: - Dragon Fruit Bowl with granola, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, coconut flakes and I added almond butter. - I know most people are fans of the acai bowl, but this is a really great contender. It's super refreshing and not too sweet. The best kind of bite is when you can get all the fruit, almond butter, and dragon fruit in one scoop. This will be my go-to for a while! - Caramel Macchiato with almond milk and coffee jelly - I'll probably never go to a Starbs ever again. This coffee drink is so freaking good, I've been ordering one almost every other day. It's addicting in oh so many wonderful ways. The espresso is top-notch and the coffee jelly is a great replacement for the boba, also I think it gives me another caffeine boost. Parking: It's an open commercial lot. Plenty of parking. Poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall. The drinks were sloppily prepared and lacked the quality and attention to detail you would expect from a good boba shop. The staff was not particularly welcoming or attentive, which only added to the frustration. With so many excellent boba tea options in the area, there are plenty of places that offer better drinks and a much better customer experience. I come to boba time in both palmdale & lancaster pretty frequently, and the drinks are usually fantastic as well as their macarons :) sometimes the fruit tea doesnt have the sliced fruit it's supposed to have in it, but its not that big of a deal and still has flavor. they have a pretty good selection of macarons as well as seasonal flavors. Lys is always super helpful at the lancaster location! read more
