A lot of the drinks are Dutch Brose are good and bad because the really popular ones are pretty good but the coffee and the Frappuccino's were horrible the taste wasn't that bad but Every time I drink it it made me sick I only drink it two times to confirm it. We love Dutch! These hardworking young peeps are the jam. They always help me make my mind up since I never know what I want. And if I order wrong they always remake my drink and never make me feel bad. I appreciate two stamp Tuesday and stickers on the 1st. Don't ever let a long line scare you away. It's been almost a year now since Dutch Bros. established a presence in Live Oak and I gotta tell ya, it's a not a good thing, it's a GREAT thing. As local businesses have been going down hill in terms of taste abd quality, these guys just keep improving. Their staff is great. If I'm ever at a loss for a drink choice I know that one of their bro-ristas has something tasty to offer up. With an ever expanding menu stretching from the common mocha and latte to crazy things like Rebel energy drinks and now lemonade, you'll find a favorite. Someone really needs to help the crew get it together. I would rather drive to Oroville or Chico then pay for a runny blended drink that doesn't look anything like what it should. Besides waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru I could be to Oroville and get a drink that is worth the 7.25 that I am paying. I've never had a bad Dutch and this is twice now. read more

I love Dutch Bros not just for the drinks but the ppl that work there are always so happy & outgoing. I like that they are super fast & efficient. I'm usually out of there in no time at all. So far it's been great each time I've been here! For being a new store with brand new employees, I'm impressed with with how quick and competent the new employees are. They are all very welcoming, friendly and a lot of fun! Love seeing folks enjoying their jobs. I have never had to wait long at all, even on opening day with about 15 people or more ahead of me at the walk up window. I LOVE this place!! Nothing but good things to say. The staff is amazing, always super friendly and have excellent drink recommendations. One time by my mistake I ordered a drink i thought I would like and it turns out it wasn't for me, the staff member without hesitation asked me "how can we make it better? What else would you like?" Im a regular at least once a week if not more. A few months ago I had a bad day. And I drove up to get some coffee and the girl max noticed I wasn't myself , she insisted I let them give me a free coffee! I normally LOVE Dutch bros. I've gone through all the drive-thru's in Chico and Oroville, and they all make fantastic drinks! I usually get the same thing every time, or a variation of it. The Live Oak stand, as amazing and friendly as their customer service is - has failed miserably in making a quality, delicious coffee. I have waited until the 3rd time this has happened to even write a review. I kept holding out thinking maybe it was a fluke that my drink tasted like hot water. Nope. My sister has also experienced this when she ordered a hot Chai. This is the 3rd drink I've ordered (this time a hot americano with almond milk and chocolate macadamia - a drink I have ordered probably 20 times before) and Live Oak is the only DB's that is just not hitting the mark. I'm bummed that I can't enjoy the stand so close to my home, but it just doesn't live up to the DB's I'm used to in Chico and Oroville. :-( if it's some way they have not correctly trained employees to make all the drinks - I really hope they can fix it as I would love to get my coffees there! read more
