I love coffee, though it kind of a placebo effect on me now as I need them to lull me to sleep at times. Well, this joint is always busy with cars lining up, but their service is quick. I love their seasonal drink more specifically the hot hazelnut mocha truffle. This drink has the right amount of sweetness to the level of espresso it has in it. I don't like it when my drink's too sweet that It makes me gag just taking 2 sips out if it. I also love their mocha and breve drinks and I can get a variety of them everytime I needed my coffee fix. The broistas here are always so nice, welcoming and bright (coz youngins!). My kids and I always love going here and each of us all have our go to drink when we're zipping on by. I came here some time ago but forgot to leave a review. I got the double cookies and creme breve blended extra dub, and it was so delicious. Gave me the energy I needed for a commute to see some family. The staff were excellent, and the line moved surprisingly very quickly. I love Dutch Bros! We just moved to the valley this past year from the Bay Area and the closest Dutch Bros was over an hour away. I've been dying to finally try it and it did not diss appoint at all. The service was amazing and every employee is super sweet and friendly. They even asked me about my move and how I was adjusting. The drinks were great and I love the variety with the seasonal options too. The best part is how big the cups were and I now know a large is too big for me lol the portions are great. We've heard nothing but great things and needed to make sure it lived up to the hype and boy did it. It exceeded any expectation we could've had. Line was long but it moved quickly. The staff are either rude or clearly don't care, total opposite of the experience you'll have at any Dutch Bros in the PNW. To rate this coffee shop the following has to be dialed in. 1.) cleanliness 2.) accuracy 3.) wait time 4.) friendliness So let's start with number 4! Kaylee just so happened to help me with my order. She has the perfect mentality and Character to do this kind of work. Her efficiently and organizational practices were spot on. Now my second experience came from a different visit. On this occasion my service was with Shyanne. I found out Shyanne is Kaylee' younger sister. I found that out when I her Kaylee. So here I was thinking I hit jackpot! I said "Hi Kaylee". In return she said hello. To my surprise she didn't stop there. The rest of the conversation I was still trying to wrap my head around it! So , this isn't Kaylee but her younger sister, Shyanne! Shyanne turned out to be just as efficient as Kaylee. The organization Dutch Bros. has two incredible staff members. I regret when I have to get my coffee from one of the others. Don't get me wrong. So, the purpose of me leaving this review is to give kudos where kudos are due. This is one of the best locations I have ever been to, periodt. The Dutch Mafia here is excellent! All my interactions with the crew are consistently pleasant because they seem to genuinely be in upbeat moods! In a time where customer service has kind of taken a downward trajectory for various reasons, this Dutch location is killing it. They are friendly, never mess up my order, and often run my drink to me before ever getting to the window. I honestly can't ask for a single thing more. Dutch Bro Manteca kicks ass! Cant go wrong with dutch bros. Theyre consistent and the drinks are so good. Gives you an extra kick you need. My favorite is the double torture with an extra shot and caramel drizzle on the side. I was a regular for the longest time, but the last two months or so I haven't been going as often cause the service is A LOT slower and not as friendly. I would usually stop by before I head to work to get a quick rebel, but now if I even go a half hour before I'm suppose to start work I'm going to be late (my work is less than 5 minutes from this dutch bros,) so I'm usually stuck in line for double the amount of time that I used to. Stopped by this spot on my way back home. This is a new location but the team did a great job in creating that signature Dutch Bros experience. Our cashier was friendly, talkative and knowledgeable of the menu. The team seemed to be happy and excited to be working. The caramelizer is my go-to Dutch Bros drink. The quality hit the spot. When I do need my caffeine fix, I get the Nitro Annihilator w/White Mocha instead. I came to write this review specifically to give Jules (Jewels?) a shout out. The last several days for me have been pretty challenging and with the simplest gesture, she made my day (which is a fantastic start for a Monday, before 7:30am!) Sometimes caffeine isn't the only "pick me up" you get going through the line. Lines at any DB can be intimidating and long, but they really do move so quickly. I normally do not give a 1 star rating. The only reason why, is because of the young ladies hustling to get the orders. Here is why I did. The new Dutch Bros, here in Manteca, it's packed! Which I was understanding about. I expected to wait in a long line. The sweet young lady who took my order was shocked thati was ordering a case of Rebel which costs $66, and that is not including the hefty tip I left. I now wish I never left a tip. Sitting in my car for 30 mins inching up little by little, until you come to a way you can turn right out of your lane, to exit, after your order is brought out to you. I saw four orders go behind my SUV. Complex orders where you have to make slushees, different coffees, etc.. I was starting to get upset because I had a very basic, straight to the point, case of (which is 24 individually shrink wrapped boxes in the fridge) Rebels. After the fifth time of people getting their complex orders, I stopped the young lady and told her what I ordered and how five cars behind me are getting their coffees and slushees when with mine, you don't have to make anything. She apologized, came out with my order. We talked about if I could make this a bit-weekly order, if I could call in advance. She said no. Also, apologized to me. I told her it is ok, not her fault. I called Dutch Bros Customer Service line and when I finally got a representative, I told them what happened. Very apologetic and said that there is no way that I can call the store directly, all concerns have to go to the main hub. I asked if a Area Manager can call, even a District Manager, so I can get this going as my husband and daughter love Rebel. The lady took my information for a manager to call me (which I still not heard back from anyone, it's been a week) but told me that it might be best to go when they open, 5am! Now, I love my family dearly and would buy what they'd like, but, I am not waking up at 5 am just to get a case of Rebel. I am an avid lover of Starbucks and the only reason why I switched my coffee to Dutch Bros is because of two reasons.... my daughter loves Dutch Bros. and loves Rebels. Then I started to like Dutch Bros.. not going to lie, good coffee. After this ordeal of waiting approx 45 mins in my car just for them to pull out a case and hand it to me, but see 5 other cars behind me get their orders first and leave, then me having to ask for my simple order is wrong. Also, I never heard back from the Area Manager. Apparently, they do not want the retention. This momma is going straight back to Starbucks. I should've never left in the first place. read more

I'm deeply disappointed in this Dutch Bros and the people they have working there. They're complete airheads and cannot get orders right to save their life. I ordered a sour blue raspberry popping Boba rebel and that was the only thing I ordered. I even was in the drive-through line and told the lady about it. It was not an online order. I get to the window and they give me a sour berry lemonade with Boba. How do you get that confused? I was charged eight dollars for a five dollar drink.????? The only thing that was different is I asked for NO sour shot so they assumed that I wanted a lemonade but that is not what I paid for, when I intended to go there to get caffeine. I had somewhere to be and did not have time to get back in that long ass line just to tell them they fucked up one drink .I'm never going back there again because this is not the first time that you guys can't do your job. They're all way too busy chitchatting and dancing to music in there and not staying focused on what people are paying for so yes, please let your employees know that they need to be more attentive and that this is not a after school program where you sit and chitchat with your friends all day you have people to serve. read more

I've given it a few tries even ordering the same latte and asking for it to be less sweet every time and it's still super sweet. I asked how they make it and it's with scoops. But They don't say what the recipe ratio is so I can't order a drink to my liking. I told them as an example Starbucks is too sweet for me and I always get half the pumps. And they just say ok we can make it less sweet. But it tastes the same. I'm really trying to love this place but I haven't gone back because all the lattes I've ordered you can't taste any coffee, it's all sweet sugary. But the staff is super friendly and so nice. The line moves pretty quickly. They do bump the jams in the drive thru so it's a nice vibe. If only I knew how they make the drinks so I can order something I like.
