This was my first time at the Dutch Brothers coffee and it's definitely different than Starbucks. When pulling up there were two gentlemen out taking orders via iPad. The one who had assisted me in my order was extremely friendly. When we pulled up to the window waiting for our drinks, the cashier clerk had about a two minute conversation with us while we waited for a drink. Something you don't really get at any drive-through, which was a really Different experience. It really made the visit more personal than just a regular drive-through as you would add any other coffee shop (Starbucks). The only thing I hoped for was just espresso over ice, but if I wanted something like that, I would've gone somewhere else. I ordered the oat milk iced latte as it had the least amount of sugar and it was still very good. I like that they have options in regards to adding protein to your coffee and I'll try that next time. read more

Probably the best coffee place in the town. Have amazing coffee and their muffin tops are the best. The only downside is the slow service as it is only drive through- takes about 15-20 minutes to grab a coffee at all times. The staff seems nice though. read more

Customer service is severely lacking. 9/7 & 9/8 Dutch Brothers 2nd coffee was supposed to be $3, On 9/7 I was supposed to get 2 large also and didn't but both days was charged full price for both drinks. Found myself in Manteca with my brother and decided to try for the first time some Dutch bros, and I understand the hype! The staff was friendly and speedy, they were busy through the drive thru but the cars seemed to come and go without any wait. While waiting at the table right in front I could hear the music they were playing and the vibes were immaculate, everyone seemed to get along. You get in the drive thru line and think "wow this line is TOO long". However, the crew there are really fast. When you get in the drive thru lane it splits into 2 lanes and there's about 2-4 workers taking orders, which makes it pretty fast. They have an app which allows you to get rewards by how much you spend there. I ordered the OG Gummy Bear Rebel blended extra thick. It was really delicious, but it looked as though it had melted a bit, hence the 4 stars. I also ordered a "pup cup" which is a small cup with whipped cream and a treat for your dog. They staff was great and the worker who brought me my drunk even petted my dog and was kind and sweet. I was in the drive thru for about 15-18 minutes and there were probably 15-20 cars in front of me. Great staff and service, I will definitely be coming back. read more

I always make it a point to stop at a Dutch Bros if there's one along the way to my destination, in this case Yosemite, and of all the locations I've been to in NorCal, this one has been the most memorable to date! The excellent service and coffee we all know and love about Dutch Bros is alive and well at this location, and then some. The bro-ista that handed me my coffee at the window had a lot of energy for a Monday morning. Aside from the typical "How's your day going?" schtick they typically go with, she got real deep and asked, "Before you go, I need to know, what's your spirit animal?" Mine is a lion, with my fancy mane and all, and hers is a toucan. Some people might not engage at that level, but I was there for it! I wish I caught her name, but she gave me that extra spring in my step to make my day a good one. As expected, my iced Annihilator annihilated me in the best way. Definitely one of the best I've had thus far, and I've had one too many of these bad boys. Also, not important but worth noting, I really like the drive-thru layout at this location. They have two long lanes divided by a median with clear signage so cars don't get congested like most other locations. But even then, they move fast, so you'll be on your way in no time. I am ecstatic that this location will be opening here next week. The few Dutch Bros stores I've visited in Washington, Oregon, and the local stores here in Stockton and Modesto have all had excellent customer service and the employees were really nice and helpful. Horrible customer service waited over 30 mins for one drink mean while other people are in line getting their drinks first. Some of the workers friends came getting drinks for free and getting them before I did. I didn't wait in the drive through line but at that point I should have. Hearing people call each other the "N" word very uncomfortable. Not from the area but would most definitely not recommend. Guy with the curly hair was attending his friends first before the people who actually waited in line and I believe was giving them drinks for free. read more

I had such a great experience here at the new Manteca Dutch brothers ! Issac was amazing leading the hectic line making sure it was smooth in which it was . Even though it can be chaotic he had a huge smile on his face and was so pleasant ! He truly was a great asset with his smile and positivity! I also met Angela in which had a great awesome story on how she loves coming to work everyday for Dutch brothers in which has helped her through hard times in her life. She was also so pleasant and positive and even though I interrupted her on her well earned break she was so awesome . Her love of the company Dutch brothers and her amazing personality and with issacs amazing personality and both have amazing customer service I will be back and I won't mind waiting in a long line as long as I keep getting greeted with these positive pleasant beautiful personalities !!! Never written a review, but ive never had to as Dutch bros is usually good when it comes to timing but my family and i sat in line for like 20 minutes and there were still a few cars in front of us, aint got no clue how its taken this long but none of us have had to wait so long to get 4 drinks, mind you our order had been taken almost as soon as we got in line, not to sound like a karen but please be careful if you dont have patience and the line is long, it will take a while read more

I went to Manteca Dutch Bros. I was pleasantly surprised. I Had A 5 Star transactoon. I am hard of hearing and with the masks it's really hard for me to communicate due to not being able to read lips. I placed my regular order and thats the easy part, I just kinda follow the steps. Well on this day the girl in line asked me if I wanted Whipped Cream I didn't know what she was asking me. She looked at me like she really wanted to help me but I just didn't know what she was saying. See I wear a hearing device and she noticed it. She asked me if I knew ASL I said yes & she started talking to me in sign language. She said she wasn't fluent but she did a Great Job! I asked her her name and she signed B-E-L-L-A. I'm disappointed at this location. I rarely have problems with the amount of ice but this time was different. I didn't remember ordering a cup of ice with a side of christmas morning chai.... The drive-thru line moved very quickly, they have several employees taking orders on tablets in the drive-thru line. They also bring drinks out to cars so that not everyone needs to get to the actual drive-thru window to get your order. Very friendly employees, great service, great coffee. I recommend looking over the menu on their website since they have so many drinks, it can be a little overwhelming if you're trying to figure out your order while in line. read more

The staff who are taking orders are phenomenal. Excellent customer service even when it's super hot outside. The baristas though, their drinks lately have been lackluster. Either the drinks aren't sweet enough or they need more milk. When you go to get the drinks, the girl who is there isn't that friendly and probably prefers to not have any social interaction. I've had several drinks from Dutch Bros and everyone of them has been great. My Favorite is the Golden Eagle blended. I also really liked the Red Bull drink on ice but forget the name of it. The reason this place isn't going to get a 5 star is because the employees...... They are super nice but damn... I want a drink, not a friend.
