I got the iced Golden Eagle which is a vanilla and caramel mix with extra caramel drizzle. While very tasty, this drink was super sweet. Definitely got my daily sugar intake in one drink. I think this spot is perfect for those that like their coffee sweeter, but if you're a purist or more traditional coffee drinker, might not be the place for you. Usually the people are nice here but this dude wanted us outta there asap. It was around 6pm. I tried ordering 3 drinks and then my sister said she ordered her drink to the wrong location (the app doesn't have the location verification on the same screen). She tried to cancel immediately and the screen wouldn't let her. When we tried to ask the super busy barista he said that the only thing we could do is go to Everett He didn't let us order my sister's order till after our 4 drinks were done. I tried asking about the stickers lowkey kinda anxious and he said they didn't have anymore. So we ordered 5 drinks, spent around $30, $37 if you count that Everett drink, and just left cranky. It's a 25 minute drive away from my house, we have plenty of other places nearby with nicer customer service. If I need my Dutch I'm just going to go to Everett. Always nice and the drinks are the best. I had to take one star off for the last experience. Not the baristas fault but the set up and system. I was in a rush so I ordered a drink 30 min before. I got there 2 min before the time I had chosen for it to be ready aka 'oick up.'I know it's not exact but I'd think within 5 min. It was unusually busy in the drive through and a line. Thank God I ordered ahead of time. Wrong. Took me a while to park but still got to the window on time. When I advised I had a mobile order, she seemed stressed and said it'll be a while since all these people were ahead of me. Then all these people about 8/9 who ordered from the window AFTER I approached got their drinks before I did. Why would that be? Another customer did the same as me who selected 10 minutes before I did was waiting also. Ordered 150p. Selected 215p pick up. Got my drink at 240p. Then it took me 10-15 min to wait to back out because the line was so long and couldn't get a break to even leave since the line wasn't moving and when it did it took two cars backing up to let me out since I had to be aggressive about it. I finally left 30-35 min after my scheduled pick up time. I normally come at night so I don't know if this crowd was unusual but had it been made in the priority I ordered (maybe start 5-10 min before) otherwise there's no point in mobile ordering. When I left the guy who mobile ordered before me was still waiting. So just a heads up, the order doesn't start until you approach the window even if you order ahead and people who just walk up and order after will get theirs first. In other words if you're in a rush...I had a flight to catch and skipped another stop I was planning to make...best not to order here unless the misleading system is fixed. Drinks: my first drink ever was the Annihilator (iced), which is flavored as a chocolate macadamia nut. It is soooo delicious! As expected of any coffee in Seattle, the coffee is delicious. I was able to customize with decaf and oat milk. The flavors are so delicious, can't wait to try more! My brother had the White Zombie which is a "Freeze" aka their blended drinks. You can customize your classics and iced coffees btw with milk, etc. but premade are the Cold Brew and Freezes. Service: Amazing servers, super fast service we got our drinks within 2 minutes or so! Dark chocolate and creme de menthe with espresso and it was very subtle tasting. More in my mind of an iced mocha than anything remotely minty. My partner got one of the lemonades and it was good, but had some kind of berry flavor after taste. She looks forward to trying a different flavor next time and as do I! I live a little over an hour away from this location. I have never had to leave a bad review but this location I had visited yesterday. The barista a male, seemed uninterested in taking mine and my husbands order, messed up on all 3 of our drinks. And forgot to give me my muffin top that I paid for. Now I normally go to the Everett location because better service and are always friendly. This one guy made it where I do not want to go to this location any more. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to the next location. I did cal Dutch Bro's Headquarters and I spoke with a kind person I am grateful for the gift card, but this doesn't help with the one bad employee who messed up in our orders and the ones who made our drinks didn't make them correctly. read more

My husband was offered a Law enforcement discount in uniform and we thought that was amazing to support our law enforcement for all they do for us. The next time he went through he wasn't In Uniform because he had training so they still gave it to him with his badge but told him it's only for in uniform officers. He didn't have any issues from then on except for today. He went through in uniform and the lady told him I'm sorry its for real cops only and they have to be in a Marysville PD car. My husband is a state corrections officer with a badge and ID and serves the surrounding communities to keep them safe. How insulting and offensive to insinuate that he isn't a real officer. We have no problem paying for our drinks, that's not the problem at all, but will be giving our business elsewhere. I refuse to support a company that insults anyone in uniform regardless of their branch of law enforcement. Shame on Dutch Bros for allowing this behavior and shame on that employee for what she said to him. read more
