Was in Medford for work and decided to try this coffeehouse. The seasonal flavor of the month for the summertime I wanted to try except for it only came in a iced latte, and with it be only 56° that morning. I was looking for a hot coffee. I ended up with going with a honey vanilla latte that I wasn't too particular on. The flavor profile just wasn't there and it wasn't sweet enough to cut down some of the bitter taste of the coffee. If you like bitter coffee, this is probably your place. Unfortunately I don't. I like a smoother, milder coffee, espresso. They also didn't have very many food options. A lot of it was either vegan or more healthy food like a brand muffin. Try it for yourself as everybody does have their own taste and profiles that they like. But I will just say it wasn't for me.

I love that they have a few options for brewing methods. I use a chemex at home, which is great, but they also use a Siphon method here. This is the only coffee shop I've been to that does this. It creates a beautifully, smooth cup of coffee through an individual percolator cup. It was really fun to watch them make it. It's quite hot, so you do need to let it cool down before drinking it. For pastries, today I got their gluten free blueberry muffin, a blackberry scone and a chocolate croissant. The gluten free muffin was among the best I've had. The blackberry scone was an absolutely standout and lived up to the hype of other reviews. The chocolate croissant had a great texture and wasn't too sweet! I love Noble Coffee!

I asked about the campfire and the woodsman drinks. Yes there is a sprits of actual bourbon on the woodsman and the hickory smoke in the campfire. I went with the campfire, before she made my drink she let me smell the homemade syrup and it was fantastic. I also got what I thought was a lemon scone but turned out to be a cookie (as an adult I can have a cookie for breakfast)! I forgot to ask for oatmilk and she let me know for future orders they use A2 milk that is lactose friendly. Now I know. I can tell you that the Cozy Campfire hot latte was so good.
