Braved the newest DB location's grand opening 06/24/26 since it's right down the street and around the corner from us. The line looked daunting, it was out on to the road and when you finally entered the driveway, the line still looped around the parking lot before you could even enter the drive thru. The walk up window was pretty empty and customers seem to be getting their drinks the quickest with this method. We opted to stay in line, many employees outside guiding cars, taking orders, passing out pocket menus and stickers with high energy and great vibes, all of them super friendly and helpful! All in all, for as chaotic as it seemed, we were in and out with our two drinks in under 25 minutes, color me impressed. Everything was extremely well organized and flowed quickly and smoothly. I just went through the drive-through. I ordered two hot Americanos. One with splendas and one with raw sugar. I didn't notice when they handed me the drinks that the cops were not labeled . Leaving me completely clueless on which drink is which . The Americano with splendid, was for my mother-in-law that cannot have sugar. I had no choice, but to remove the lid and take a small sip of one of the cups to try and figure out which one had the splendor or the sugar . As I removed the lid Coffee dumped all over my pant leg. They literally filled the cup to the very top edge . Coffee burnt my hand and my legs and stained my brand new jeans. I know your competitors always label the side of the coffee cups to avoid confusion and accidents like this ! This was extremely careless ! Stopped by the brand new Dutch Bros on Clinton Keith Road in Murrieta on opening day, and I was seriously impressed. Even with the line wrapped around the building and a huge crowd, they had everything moving incredibly fast and efficiently. My go-to drinks are the Hopscotch Protein Mocha and the Golden Eagle Protein Latte, both made sugar-free whenever possible, and they were excellent as always. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was energetic, friendly, and genuinely seemed excited to be there. Many were dressed up for the grand opening, creating a fun atmosphere that made the experience feel more like an event than just a coffee run. You can tell the team enjoys what they do, and that positive energy carries over to the customers. Great drinks, great people, and an impressive opening-day operation. The BEST customer service, no one was in line when we walked up and we ordered quickly and they have so many options on the menu to choose from. I wish this location had a breakfast menu but they do have muffins and pastries. Newly opened on Wednesday, I happened to be driving by after church and quickly U -turned when I saw it. traffic going into the place is a work in progress. There is plenty of signage though. I usually go to Lake Elsinore. Despite the fact that they just opened, the staff here beats the staff at lake Elsinore hands down. Everyone is cheerful and upbeat despite the long line and the heat! Josh took my order and stopped to chat. Wow! Cassie was at the window waiting for my order. She was smiling and chatted too! Being from Oregon, I'm used to This kind of service at every Dutch Bros. I had never been to a Dutch Bros. before today. We probably waited in the drive thru line for about 25 minutes. I wasn't sure how it would go given it was only their 2nd day open, but the employees taking orders at the drive thru were well coordinated, helpful, and efficient. We ordered a White Chocolate Chai, a Golden Eagle, and a Double Torture . Our total for 3 drinks was around $20. My daughter loved the Golden Eagle ( I tried it and it was very good), but my son and I did not like the drinks we ordered. Mine (chai) was way too sweet for my liking, and my son's was nothing special. In the future, I'd go back and order something different once the hype and the lines have died down. read more

Tried the new Dutch Bros Murrieta. Full disclosure I have never been to a Dutch Bros! Well, it is fantastic. First of all although it just opened and is super busy, they are very organized and handling the crowd efficiently. The staff is super sweet and friendly, even helped with coffee suggestions. I got an iced Oat milk latte with sugar free vanilla and sugar free coconut syrups. Yummy, loved it. Mine was a medium and their medium is very big and generous. I was so excited to hear that Murrieta was getting a Dutch bros, meaning I wouldn't have to drive all the way to lake Elsinore!! But the first time I came by my drink was straight up milk, but I didn't care because at least it was still a bit good. But when I went on Sunday, I ordered a Golden eagle with banana soft top and cinnamon sprinkles. The drink was so sour I had to unfortunately throw it away. At least the staff are nice... It was my first time trying Dutch Bros! I usually just drive past because it gets so busy during the day, but I finally stopped by around 7 AM and the wait wasn't bad at all. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and full of energy. It was great to see a team working hard while genuinely having fun--happy employees definitely make for a better experience, and their attention to detail really showed. The wait time was 40 minutes on a Sunday mid morning time of day. I even waited a couple of weeks after the grand opening for the interest to die down. This wait is unacceptable for a drive through.
