Lots of options for flavored drinks and classic coffee I got the iced tiramisu latte which was sweet and delicious, topped with a lady finger. My partner got the honey lavendar latte hot and also enjoyed his drink. We got a medley of different pastries for our group including the cinnamon roll, carrot cake, coconut guava pastry, blueberry scones, almond croissant, chocolate croissant, monkey bread. All tasty, favorites were the carrot cake and monkey bread. Cinnamon roll was on the dryer side. They offer a few vegan options- exciting find: chocolate Oreo frosted donut or chocolate with rainbow sprinkles, a vegan mini frosted carrot cake loaf made with almonds (not walnuts, yah!) and two kinds of sliced quick bread loaves: blueberry and cinnamon biscoffee. I order a choc donut and a carrot cake to go...a little treat and calorie splurge for Mother's Day! As for drinks...they offer the standard menu. One was irresistible to me today: Vegan Tiramisu "Almond milk" Latte, what a treat. Nice presentation, good balanced flavors, served at perfect ready to drink won't burn your tongue temperature, served in a thick amber glass with soft creamy foam topped with a land finger dusted with cocoa. Delicious, all I hoped it would be for a tiramisu lover's palate to be satisfied. Fast friendly people, including the locals who were welcoming. What a wonderful surprise to find our favorite coffee shop in Temecula has multiple locations. Our lattes were ridiculously delicious. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Special shout out to the barista on Saturday late morning. She was crushing drinks and still checked in with the people waiting instead of just ignoring them. Little things like that make a big impact on customers. Our kids devoured their croissants. They have gluten free treats available at the register as well. This location has a large room around the corner from where the drinks are being made. Perfect to do some work or meet up with friends. I absolutely love The Press Espresso! I normally visit the Winchester location, but I was in the area for work and needed my caffeine fix and they did not disappoint. The Coffee Cake Latte is hands down my favorite thing ever. It is perfectly balanced, cozy, and just so good every single time. This location was much bigger inside than I expected, and it was packed, which says a lot. The only challenge was parking. The small lot behind the shop was completely full and it was a bit tricky finding a spot. I am not sure if there is a secret parking situation nearby, but plan a few extra minutes just in case. Totally worth it though. The coffee was delicious and I will definitely be back. read more

I have been coming here for years both locations. It's always been amazing but I was there last weekend spent around 30$ on a few drinks. Plus a 4$ tip. We were headed out for a long drive. There was no juice to purchase for my 5 year old there but I did have some in my car. I asked for an extra cup to go and the employee had the audacity to say we have to charge you for a plastic cup. Like charge me a drink price for an empty plastic cup.. it was ridiculous and honestly I was pretty shocked. I did not appreciate that at all, especially for a place that claims to have so much prestige in their products and service this was definitely a fail. read more

We love the Press we have been going there since you were a small shop in Temecula in Old Town in the back across from the Greyhound bus station... And we will remain loyal customers because the product has always been great and the customer service has been friendly. We live in Murrieta So we frequent the Murrieta location Several times a week. Unfortunately over the past few months almost Every time we place our order of a 20 oz latte we get handed The 12 oz they usually are quick to Apologize and make our drinks again. However today once again we ordered the 20 oz and received the 12oz...when we brought this to the manager on duty I was told that I was charged for 12 oz...and would have to pay the difference for them to be remade. I recieved NO APOLOGY from manager and when I asked What I needed to do to recieve the correct order I was told I should double check the order to make sure they didn't make a mistake... apparently I work here...? the manager rolled her eyes when I asked why I NEEDED double check the order. She eventually resolved the issue after I suggested she give me a coffee token as I no longer had time to be rung up for the additional charge or to wait for then to remake my drinks btw...all this in front of other customers... It should be noted that the young lady who took our order independently offered to remake our order and apologized for her mistake. An example her manager on duty should emulate. read more

One of the routines in a new area is to ask what are some good coffee places to try. We've been coming into town and this place has received several mentions from other local eateries and businesses. We understand why they get mention even if those businesses are not close by. Granted the X coffee wave may tend towards a fruit-tart-acidity, she likes her medium-dark roasts that don't trigger a sour stomach reaction. The latte, Americano, and the infused ones (less sweet) have been very enjoyable. Nice to sit on Washington and watch the traffic pass by too. I usually come here when my dog is at the groomers. I had the avocado toast with tomatoes and balsamic. The service is always good and I like coming here because it is quaint and love the decor. There is different types of seating areas in the house and there is regular seating in the front and that back of the cafe. There is also baked goods, quiche, and sandwiches. Earlier today I ordered the matcha latte as I normally do and today it tasted grainy and chalky. Maybe it was a bad day, or they were busy, or just weren't paying attention to my drink. My husband and I LOVE The Press. The only thing we don't like about The Press are the other customers. Lol. Let's just say we realize we are not the demographic that you mostly see if you come here. But we gladly ignore disapproving looks occasionally to come here and get our iced mocha and iced mexican mocha and pastries. Heck, we'll even sit down and eat them right there and talk to each other! The service here is excellent, the staff is great- they are always so busy but handle it gracefully and we have never felt unwelcome by anyone who works here. Personally, we love the ambiance. The lattes all have the same amount of espresso shots in them. I can't understand why a place thinks I want a large latte for the extra milk - it's obviously for the extra espresso. Unfortunately, I not only had to pay for the extra espresso shots but 2 of them in fact because the large only comes with 2 shots! Fine, I went ahead and did that but then at a later time when I asked for a very small pour of half and half, they said next time they'd charge me! In my head most coffee shops have half and half pitchers available so it should've already been free but I'm thinking not only did I get charged for the extra espresso that should've already been inside my order to begin with but now they wanna nickel and dime me for half and half? I was visiting an old friend in Temecula, and after having some food, we decided to stop by here for some coffee. Being the coffee connoisseur that I am, I was hoping that this place would serve a decent cup of joe and maybe some decent pastries. This place definitely met my expectations. I got an iced coffee, and paired it with a cinnamon roll. The coffee was smooth, and it packed a punch. The cinnamon roll was delicious. It had the right balance of ingredients, delicious but not overly sugared. This cinnamon roll beats the cinnabon rolls I used to have years ago. The ambience is pretty chill. There were mainly decent locals either working on their laptops or having a conversations with family or friends. The place is kept clean, and the workers are friendly and efficient. There is one restroom, and there was no wait to use it. The place has plenty of seating, and has a front and back entrance which allow plenty of sunlight and fresh air. This is a great coffee shop. I now know to stop by here the next time I visit my friend in this part of California. read more

My mom just shared a traumatic experience that halted my suggestion to go there and led to a heated exchange about immediately informing a business rather than passively aggressively not going anymore in silence. I am disappointed that she had the experience of, upon completing her water, seeing a booger with hair attached to it floating at the base of her cup. She told me she realized in horror that it was inside, not outside. I'm uncertain of the intentions of any of your team members. What I will say is we will absolutely NEVER RETURN and hope this serves to WARN other customers of what they might experience from you. I sit here so heartbroken because I really did think that your business was a SAFE and TRUSTWORTHY space. I am really saddened by the realization that this could happen to your paying customers.
