While I have been a loyalist to the other big coffee guy for years, Dutch Bros has caught my attention and captivated my coffee taste buds in recent months! I am lucky to live near the two newest locations on the east side of the city, so I have been pinging back and forth for my beloved Iced White Mocha. This location sits on Trinity, just off of 65 and is a stellar add to the area that is in the midst of revitalization. I swing in here most days when I am either dropping off or picking up my pup from nearby Peace, Love and Paws. Dutch Bros is set up to be a pick-up or drive thru spot. While you can walk up to the window and then sit on the tables, most of their business comes from the drive thru. Something different with these guys is you always order with a live person, whether it be them coming car to car, or ordering at the window. As mentioned above, my go to is the Iced White Chocolate Mocha with oat milk. It ALWAYS hits the spot and sometimes, when I am craving a bit more substance, I will add a chocolate chip muffin top to "top" off my visit! Service is always phenomenal and cheerful. I didn't want to do this review as it's negative. I go here five days during the week, and this week including this afternoon five separate times, I've had people drive into the adjacent lane next to me and the person working there is oblivious to what's happening and the person that just drove up after I waited 10 minutes in line Has now just cut me off. And because it happened again this afternoon this is the fifth time this week. It's annoying, it's rude, I've complained and they won't do anything so here's my rant. Here's my review, if they don't fix the problem I'm sure Starbucks would love to see me, because that would mean I would not be going to Dutch Bros any longer. Short and sweet review for the friendly folks that keep my caffeinated when I'm on the go! I grew up going to Dutch in the Phoenix area, and love that this location is so close to my home. Depending on what time of day you visit, you may run into a short drive-thru line. That said, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my drink. Their menu is expansive (with several "secret" options), so I usually get something different every time. Most recently, I've been enjoying their Candy Cane Mocha with an extra shot of espresso. If you have a dog, Dutch Bros has the best "pup cups" in town. They fill up a special "doggie size" cup with whipped cream, and top it with a Milkbone. My dogs know when we're in the drive-thru line that they're going to get their favorite treat, and they get so excited about it! I also highly recommend downloading the Dutch Bros app. You earn points for every order, and can get a free drink with every 250 points! It also makes paying for your order easy - since you can link a card directly to the app. Thank you the great coffee and even better customer service, Dutch team! Ive heard amazing things about Dutch Bros for so long, and they finally started popping up around Nashville so this was my chance to experience them! However, as someone who get overwhelmed by large customizable menus at places that have a cult following it took some online research, checking out their app, and talking myself up to finally make the trip! I opted for the walk up menu, because I had a few questions and didn't want to slow down the drive thru flow. I spoke with 3 employees while at the window and everyone was so kind and extremely helpful with my drink questions. I opted for a Carmel pumpkin brûlée chai, and it's delicious! It's not overly sweet, the crunchy top adds some fun texture, and the soft top is creamy and smooth! I believe this to be one of the seasonal options, but I was informed that each season they'll release some new flavors too! Excited to go back. Also, if you haven't gone because the menu seems overwhelming take this as your sign that it's okay, and the employees will walk you through it and have pocket menus that's give more details! read more

No line at the drive through at 10am with very fast and friendly service! There's just one window for ordering, paying, and receiving. I don't think you can go inside. Drive through only. The coffee was good but nothing out of this world. It's a good fast-food coffee at a great value. I got a small iced annihilator (a small is actually very big) and it was about $4. In comparisons I paid over $7 for a coffee half this size at a different coffee shop last week and this one tasted better read more
