The line here is always mega long and i feel bad for the baristas out in the heat taking orders way up the line! When I made my move from Arizona to Texas, Dutch Bros was what I missed the most! Their coffee is the best of the best. The workers were always friendly with high energy. Lines can be long since the drinks are very popular, but it moves quickly and efficiently. I love their iced medium Kicker. The blend of Irish cream and coffee is simply delicious. There's a smooth, creamy taste with a hint of sweetness. It's so good that I'm hesitant to try anything else on their menu. For this particular location, there are two drive thru lanes. Feel free to pick the shortest lane. The workers will walk up to you with their tablets to take your order. There's also a Dutch Bros app to accumulate points for rewards if you plan to be a regular. I downloaded your app and visited Dutch Brothers for the first time. I've heard a lot buzz about Dutch Brothers on CNBC primarily from a Josh Brown, one of their frequent guest market analysts. He is often mentioning the stock (BROS) so I decided to actually try the product in person. I was very impressed on the cleanliness of the building and the barista clerk (I hope that's the proper term) at the walk-up window was very friendly. I ordered a medium cold vanilla mocha drink without ice which leads into my only issue. I got the drink and it was filled to roughly 60% of the cup capacity. Is this normal protocol or did I miss something when the barista clerk mentioned ice options as in Ice or no ice? Maybe I got the medium drink in a large cup but why? I didn't mention anything at the time of the pickup which might have shed some light on why my medium drink was lacking a fuller fill. Now this certainly isn't a big issue in scheme of things happening today but it kind of gave me a subpar first impression. The drink itself was overly sweet but that can probably be adjusted if I give them another try. Right now, I'm inclined to not go back. Many people are enamored with this outfit so give it try. My opinion might just be an outlier judging from the many 5-star ratings. read more

Another day, another Dutch Bros drink. Right? I've really become a relatively regular coffee drinker now, and while I often visit locally owned coffee shops (I swear), there are so many Dutch Bros around it's hard to not find myself here once or twice a month. They've never let me down, so why fight it? And now their seasonal fall drinks are out..! And you know that feeling festive is always one of my top priorities. I'm a legit lover of pumpkin spice, apple cinnamon, autumn sweater weather chai Halloween cozy caramel crisp.. Truly, those are the kind of candle flavors I buy and burn all year long, but I'm extra happy about it during these precious and fleeting "ber" months. The holiday season is officially here and I recently celebrated with an iced Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Breve. It's "pumpkin and salted caramel flavors topped with pumpkin drizzle, raw sugar sprinks and Soft Top." I've never heard the term "sprinks" before but I love it. And I loved my super creamy, sweet, caramel-y autumnal drink. It was almost milkshake-level decadent though, you know? An indulgent holiday dessert. But who says you can't celebrate over and over? Apparently my order was 490 calories (a medium iced caramel pumpkin brûlée breve) and worth it. But next time I'm gonna get the pumpkin caramel cold brew instead, a little more coffee and a little less cream. Maybe tomorrow..! read more

I don't understand the hype. All over Facebook there's woo-energy for this place. I came by for a drink on a cold windy afternoon and made the mistake of thinking we could save time by walking up to the window since the drive-through line was stacked up. We FROZE waiting for our drinks. The workers were super friendly, up-beat and conversational. So much so, I hate to not rate the place higher because they were crushing the customer service game. But for me the model is just flawed. A walk-up counter might make sense in another climate (like Portland where this chain originates). Except for about 10 weeks per year, it does not work in Texas. Why not just build a small dining room so we can sit? I don't get it. People seem to eat this up anyway. So, I must be in a minority. The drinks themselves tasted like hot syrup water. No coffee taste at all. I had the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha off the seasonal menu, which sounded amazing. Might as well have been hot chocolate. But again, I think there's just a market for this and I'm not it. Seems enough people are aching for more locations in the Fort Worth area and they are coming. But, given all the incredible local coffee shops serving quality espresso where I can sit warmly in a curated atmosphere, I probably won't repeat. read more

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by friendly workers to take my order. This was my first time checking this place out and was unsure what to order. One of the workers recommended Christmas morning so I got that in a medium size blended with a lemon poppy seed muffin top. The Christmas morning was delicious, however I'll stick with the iced or hot version next time in a smaller size. The lemon poppyseed is yummy, however packed with sugar so I won't be getting that next time. There was a wait in the drive thru, however it went by quickly. This place is located in pantego which seems to be a small community. The prices are about the same as typical drive thru coffee places. Eh, I wanted to like this place. I was following them on social media waiting to this location to open up. Signed up to the text message club, the only thing I have ever received off it is their monthly stickers. Had Starbucks stuck in my head ordered a Grande, the guy put it through as large ended up with a gigantic coffee, trenta size, yes I got more coffee for the same price as Starbucks but I didn't want that much coffee. Ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte, I wish they would advertise more sugar free options as these drinks are just full of sugar and calories, 600 cals for a coffee is crazy! Coffee was ok, ended up adding more vanilla to it when I got home. Now I've been, I'm not really in any rush to go back. read more

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop and I am more than happy it's only 30 minutes away ( soon there will be an even closer one!! ) I am all about a sweet drink and Starbucks just doesn't do it for me. Each time I've gone to this location the wait is not long and as usual the employees are so friendly. You can usually expect a longer wait but it's so worth it. I really like some of the drinks here (although the food is limited!), but a month ago, after giving them an exact order, I got miles away and discovered they got it wrong. To their credit, after I notified them they gave me a free drink. I do think their drive through here needs work. Cars pile up and it can take forever to get through the line. Dutch Brose is always yummy! Today I went through the drive-through and ordered the sugar and spice oat milk latte, extra hot. I took my first sip as I pulled away from the window and realized there was no flavoring in there It's four days before Christmas, 40° outside and they were insanely busy. Things happen. I turned around and went back through the line... The girl took my drink, and a apologized. When I got to the window the second time, the guy that was making the drakes came over, and said this was my fault, I am so sorry. I apologized to him that he had to put up with ugly people in the world, and he apologized multiple more They gave me a five dollar gift card (wasn't activated so no gift card but the thought was there) and three stickers. My favorite drink to order is a Large Iced caramelizer with extra caramel. Every now and again I'll get an iced Vanilla breve and or a Dutch soda, which you can add any flavor you want to it. Dutch Bros does an excellent job with their menu. I'm barely a coffee person and I've been there 5 times. I have to mention that their customer service has been topnotch, just excellent, every single time. I tried the Freeze in Mocha Caramel and it's like a shake to me which equals happiness. Next trip, I ordered the Frost in Grasshopper. It's a tasty chocolate mint. Personally, I prefer the consistency of the Freeze over the Frost. Downloading their app is the way to see their ENTIRE drink menu, more than what the menu board shows. I tried and loved the Orangesicle as a Frost and added whip cream. There was no upcharge for adding it. I ordered tea on my fourth visit. They ask if you want black or green. I went with unsweetened strawberry green tea and it's yummy. When I ordered my strawberry smoothie today the cashier was as chatty and friendly as could be. Excellent customer service and an extensive creative menu has created a fan. I must really like this place because I keep driving 20 minutes to get a coffee. They have a huge menu and you should look it up online before arriving because their menu board doesn't even show half the options. It's amazing how many flavors and combinations you can get here. So far my favorites are the Golden Eagle and the Double Torture- all iced of course in this TX heat. I do have to say I have had a couple duds though, things I was expecting to be delicious because they are at Starbucks, but this isn't Starbucks so they have their own specialties. Their employees are like the hip version of Chick-fil-A employees--young, friendly, and cool (no offense Chick-fil-A employees). We are getting a new location in Euless so I won't have to drive so far to try everything on the menu. In the meantime I'll keep making the journey here. read more

Dutch Bros is amazing!! Especially the employees, they always start small conversations which makes you feel welcoming. The drinks overall is not strong in coffee but still taste good. It's honestly a good sweet treat for me. I've also try the none caffeinated option which was alright, tasted fruity and fun (High dive rebel). The golden eagle freeze tasted better to me than the kicker freeze. It's a little pricey for me but I think the sizing is bigger than Starbucks. They need more locations because this is so far from home. However, I can not wait to try more drinks! And just wanted to say I LOVE the employees there! read more

I swear, some of the baristas here are illiterate. A month or so ago my partner and I ordered a medium drink and a large hot drink. The barista hands us two drinks the same size. We call this out, and she says she accidentally gave us two large drinks, and that their larges are "kinda small". We drive off, a bit confused, and on the way home see "medium" on both drinks. I worked in the service industry for 8+ years, I know mistakes happen, but how are you do you not know the cup sizes of a place you work at? I've had iced drinks in the past too, and they're generally watered down and overly sweet. The "carefree" barista brand is fun until they actually don't care and start making bad drinks and gaslight you about cup sizes. Drive an extra quarter mile to the starbucks for a better coffee drink and experience. read more

The ordering process at this location seems more efficient than S Arlington. But still the ordering process is nonsensical. The aisles and the staff having to go between cars seems like a hazard for the employees. One time the server took my order at about arms length, which was good. The last time the server was practically upper torso inside me car, which was a little close for my taste. I recently parked and ordered at the walk up window, which was a better experience than the car ordering. Putting all that aside, they make a great iced tea. Pantego is not known for great water so they must have a good filtration system because the water and ice are good. I always get the iced green tea lemonade with peach. It's not too sweet and very satisfying. I regularly crave it. read more

They are all over the place up there! They more than exceeded my expectations and are 10 times better than Starbucks!!! Love me some DUTCH BROS, but today I can only give them 3 1/2- 4 stars, as I can only assume my blended Golden Eagle was more milky then blended because of the wait time. I really should've said something and had them remake it, but the line was long and I just didn't.
