The matcha is not good. I got an iced matcha latte and a hot matcha. The iced matcha was almost all milk, and you could barely taste the matcha. I had higher hopes for the hot matcha with a small splash of milk, thinking it might be that the milk to matcha proportion was off in the iced one. However, with only a splash of milk added, this drink had almost no taste. I should have known when I saw the matcha was a very light green color instead of darker green. I'm not sure the matcha they use is even standard grade quality. They need to fix the matcha on their menu. It's an absolute disgrace to even serve it the way they do. read more

Needed to be swept, though, and the shirts and swag display needed to be folded and straightened up. The patio is not as clean. We had to ask for our table to be wiped off. The girl nicely took care of it for us. It was obvious that all of the tables on the patio needed to be wiped clean, but she only wiped ours. That makes us wonder how committed they actually are to overall cleanliness. The cushions on the outside chairs are well worn. We ended up moving inside because of all the flies. I love white rhino, but have to say i was disappointed with my matcha purchase. It was my first time ordering it and by first glance it was a pretty light green for it being a matcha. After a few sips I realized all I could really taste was the oat milk and syrups I added, followed by a faint matcha flavor. It's always a great spot to study and the baristas are all very kind! They have a good drive thru and good size parking lot and inside of the shop. Due to not drinking coffee, I was happy to see they had some tea which are not caffeinated and some that are caffeinated. I went with the hibiscus herbal tea and they offered with normal sugar, cane sugar or no sugar. I was pleasantly surprised the sugar wasnt overpowering but just a hint of sweetness. I came here to study and enjoy coffee one late afternoon, and I wish I had known about this cafe when I was studying at UTA! The interior is clean and homey with adequate seating and wall plugs. The temperature was comfortable without the need for a jacket, and there was outdoor seating as well. The bathrooms were clean, and the WiFi was reliable. I ordered the Sebastian iced latte with oat milk, and I was satisfied with the flavor of my drink. I like my coffee super sweet. The drink was sweet enough to satisfy me, but I think it would also satisfy people who don't like their drinks too sweet. I found the drinks to be a little pricey compared to other coffee shops, but nonetheless, I would return. I appreciate that the cafe opens until 8 PM, as it can be difficult to find a non-Starbucks cafe that is open this late. I enjoyed it and if I lived in the area I would be a regular. My wife had the snickerdoodle latte and was pleasantly surprised by the great flavor. She found that it wasn't too sweet and had a cinnamon forward flavor which she enjoyed. We also shared a cinnamon roll. The roll came out warm with gooey buttercream icing. I'm not a fan of overly sweet items and thankfully this cinnamon roll wasn't too sweet. It could use a little more cinnamon, but overall it complimented the coffee well. Cute, calm, relaxing atmosphere! They had lots of indoor and outdoor seating available, even enough for our little group of 7 to steal a corner on the patio for a last minute mini-meeting. The patio lights are very cute at sunset! I only tried the chai latte with almond milk which was just okay. It needed more chai flavor and was a little too milky to be worth $5 for 12oz. They also have ample seating room and bright natural light coming in from having so many windows. I decided to get a chocolate toffee latte and a fig puff. The chocolate toffee latte was sweet and tasted like a warm heath bar. Yum! By choosing oat milk that made the flavor really dance on my taste buds. We had a disappointing experience at this location. My wife and I arrived around 830 on a Saturday morning. The shop was not overly busy. We placed our order for coffee and food. Our coffee came out immediately. We sat down and waited and enjoyed the coffee. It was great. After about 15 minutes, we began to seriously wonder what happened to our food. There was one other table occupied, and they were only having coffee. The drive through was not busy. Employees were on their cell phones. After 25 minutes, my wife finally asked about our missing food. Turns out, it was never made. The ticket had not printed. There was a lot of blaming of the computer, but no real explanation as to why nobody realized. It was a small staff, they were not busy. After we addressed the situation, we were disappointed in the humans, not the computer. There was very little apology on the store's part. "It just happens sometimes," one employee said about the missing ticket. "We have the drive thru and other things going on" an employee explained. Ok. But I placed an order 25 minutes ago and you forgot it and nobody realized it was never cooked. We felt like we got a begrudging shrug from the employees on duty. My wife spoke to the manager on duty who tried to excuse the situation by saying he made our food as quickly as he could once he was aware. Again ... ok ... but.... Just a really poor attempt at making amends with us. read more

If you're able to snag a seat on the outside patio it is definitely worth a trip to this location. The food and coffee are good and the service is also good but the patio is so relaxing that I can sit for hours!! They've created a great atmosphere out there. However there have been many times where I've driven all the way there to realize that the place was entirely too cramped both inside and out. These days are extremely disappointing. It's certainly no hidden gem. The community knows about it and goes OFTEN so get there early. read more
