Kaylie was new (she said) and didn't know if it was a seasonal syrup. I just found it very rude for her to respond in the manner that she did considering one it was in front of a customer and two because how would she know if she's a new employee. read more

It's hard to take the time to review a Starbucks, cuz it's almost an auto-pilot kind of experience at this point. But, I've been coming to this store off and on since it first opened. And, they deserve some props for no-brainer, solid service. The staff is friendly and delivers drinks as quickly as expected at a typical Starbs. I appreciate the gender-neutral bathrooms as it makes more sense than feeling weird about waiting for the men's room to open up when the women's is available and the equipment is the same. The challenges at this store are minor: it seems like the cream & sweetener station usually needs wiping down, and there are eastern-facing windows that make the sun kinda harsh in the morning, rendering some of the seating difficult to endure without the shades being pulled down. But, they hold up the standard of Starbucks well. There are a few faces behind the counter that have been there for a long time and continue to welcome new guests with a smile. read more

Sometimes you just go to Starbucks because you know what to expect and it smells good and there's always something yummy and pretty and seasonal on the menu that you want to try, like the "New Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew Velvety Nitro Cold Brew with cinnamon and caramel notes and silky cold foam." Yes please! I had that and Jon ordered the "Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso: Starbucks® Blonde espresso hand-shaken with brown sugar and cinnamon notes and then finished with oatmilk." Delicious. Went inside to order and waited over 30 minutes for 2 grande drinks and 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches came out within 2-3 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes for our drinks, our food was cold. This location only cares about the drive through and the drive through times. 25 minutes into waiting I asked where our drink order was and I pointed out how the drive through has steadily gone down while the line of people waiting inside has grown substantially. She then told me "we get in trouble for the drive through times, we don't get in trouble for the wait inside" I asked if she could at least warm up the food and she told me she couldn't. She did however offer to just cancel my drinks but after waiting 30 mins that seemed pointless. This location has no sense of customer service at all. read more

The Starbucks was a good spot for coffee however I feel the interior is a bit small as I was there on a Sunday afternoon. The tables were full of life however there were also individuals standing wanting to sit down and relax but the exterior tables were wet from the rain but were not cleaned off as it was no longer raining or the umbrellas opened to allow for exterior setting. They were wet, closed off and gave the idea that ypu weren't allowed to sit outside as it wasnt set up to give the impression of available outdoor seating. read more

Awesome location with free Wi-Fi. Starbucks locations around town was my often place to be sitting and web working. Speed testing proved better than Internet at my relations place! WTF, seriously. I wish people out here would complain about their crappy Internet service. This is a smaller location as in having only a handful of tables but they almost always had a good table for me to break out the laptop and get to work. Convenient hours and they don't force you to buy to use their Wi-Fi. You just do so, because a bit of caffeine with sweets with gaming, go well together. read more

I go here almost everyday and each time I have the nicest baristas assisting me as well as the people on the drive through! Today especially Amy on bar was super nice and helpful! First of all I wish that Yelp would update their app to include landscape text entry so that it would be easier to write reviews and quick tips. I'm tired of having to write them in portrait. It takes a little longer because I feel there's a lag. Anywho. This location is pretty great. I got myself the usual: a hot triple grande white mocha. For those of you looking for something different, you can try a sweetened passion fruit tea lemonade. It's an iced drink that's both sweet and sour. It won't put all that gunk on your tongue like how coffee does (the white stuff that you can scrape off using a tongue cleaner) and you won't have that coffee breath either. I also ordered their breakfast sandwiches and they're pretty decent. They use chiabatta (I think that's how you spell it) bread so it's kinda chewy (which I like). You can get it with either bacon, sausage, or cheese. Either way, they're accompanied by an egg patty. These go great with your coffee or tea. read more

The early morning staff at this Starbucks is the best! I love, love, love them! I have to learn their names because two of them in particular are so very kind and gracious. This Starbucks is so easy to get in and out of, and it's close to home. Who can beat that?! I traditionally go inside because the drive thru can get backed up and take a little too long. The place is always clean and smells heavenly--as always. They always have my favorite ham breakfast sandwich, which is scrumptious! And, they make every beverage order exactly as ordered. While I will go to any Starbucks if I'm having a need for a Java Chip Light, I will seek this one out if I am anywhere close by. read more

I ordered and paid for two travelers on Friday, 11/15/19 to be picked up at 1:00 pm 11/17/19. When I arrived to pick up the travelers at 1:10 pm, the order had not even been started. She did not apologize, or attempt to rush the order. Instead she began to make a new pot of coffee, starting with grinding the beans. When ask how long it would likely, she mentioned I would just have to wait. I pointed out that why the order had been placed with a certain collection time. I was running late as it was and so requested a full refund. The barrister did reverse the charge but did not say another word to me during the exchange. I am usually at this Starbucks a couple times a week, however after this encounter I will go elsewhere. It was a huge disappointment all round. I will not recommend travelers or this particular Starbucks again. read more

This Starbucks location is among the best and luckily it's close to my home. The baristas are friendly, and the drinks are accurate and well made. My fave is the soy latte, and the baristas here make them smooth and delicious. I traveled to the Fort Worth area for a funeral recently, and my step-brother and I found ourselves with some downtime to do some work on our laptops, away from the family. This was the closest Starbucks to the grandparents' place, so we set the GPS and off we went. Pretty standard Starbucks, with super-polite staff and one particular barista with the most incredible drawl (yes, I'm from up north, but her drawl was positively full of charm). My Americano was nice and hot, my subsequent ice water was politely given, and I never felt crowded or otherwise uncomfortable. We spent a few hours parked at a table with our laptops, and the only complaint I have about the whole experience was the challenge of getting out of the parking lot after we were done. If I find myself in the area again, I'll probably be hitting up this Starbucks. read more

Most Starbucks locations are pretty much the same, that's kind of their deal. The staff at this location is what makes it unique. They are exceptionally friendly and really interact with their customers. There also seem to be a lot of regulars - Greeting people by name when they walk in, "Oh you're late today!" Or "We're out of (whatever their usual order is)" This place definitely has more of a local coffee shop feel than other Starbucks. Average for a Starbucks. The staff is very nice. The service is usually pretty quick. But the space is a little cramp. So, while you can work while you enjoy your drink, there just isn't a great deal of space.
