Normally I'm not a fan of Dutch Brothers, the taste of the coffee just isn't my thing. But I was picking up a friend that lives on this side of town that was gonna go with me to look at chainsaws, and he wanted to stop here. He likes Dutch Brothers like a lot of other people do, you can tell by the line of cars all the time! So we pull in and get in line, thankfully it's not super long, or I'd tell him we're going to Starbucks! I decide to give the coffee another try since we're here. We both just get coffee black. The service is all friendly and smiley. He pays and off we go. My first sip, whoa, too hot still ... after a little cool off, I sip, ... well, yep the same taste, to me it's like chocolate added or something. I Visit Dutch often, at least twice a week. This was my first time to this location and it was such a disappointment. Most locations have the most friendly employees but not this one. The gal working the window seemed annoyed that I pulled up, there was nobody in line and now I see why. There was no greeting just "what can I get you?" After I ordered I asked if she could scan my app because I had enough money on it to cover the bill. She scanned my app and then still took me the total so I asked if I could use the money on the app and she said "I guess" maybe I'm just used to other locations that ask if I have the app, if i'd like to use points or money, but she just seemed upset that I was there. We got our drinks quickly but as soon as she handed them to me, I knew they were wrong. They were not the color of a SF golden eagle but we took them anyways and drank them. They actually tasted good but we order sugar free and I feel like since idk what we got, they probably weren't SF. Poor service yesterday to begin with. Then we get our drinks... I requested soft top. I ask for it again when I don't see it in the drink, and she points out it is in fact there. Oh yes, there is a "small dollop"... what happened to a "layer" of soft top that I paid for? Then we get my husband's drink for which he ordered "heavy cream" in his cold brew and for which he confirmed twice. But it was no where to be found in the drink. We ask for it "again". They barely pour any in it. This kind of service is why I rarely tip for coffee in California any longer (not to mention the huge increase to cover their large minimum raises). I never know what I am going to get until I'm down the road, usually. I used have a set minimum tip and then add cash to it if I had a large order. read more

This was my first time at Dutch Bros and the drinks didn't disappoint! I ordered an iced med kicker & blended white mocha. What was disappointing and confusing was the ordering system. There's no menu until you reach the ordering window, and what was visible was very tiny. I highly recommend looking at the menu online while you're in line. The barista/cashier was suuuper enthusiastic and was basically talking to herself while we were ordering. When she asked if we wanted a drink "hot, iced, or blended" before we could even answer, she responded to her own question and gave it to us blended o_o Very odd, but at least our drinks were good! read more

Service was quick and friendly, everything tasted great, but they got our order wrong. We ordered six items but received seven. They refunded the 7th item right away, but my drink was also wrong. It turns out they misunderstood us asking for an iced coffee with vanilla syrup and made a vanilla breve and a plain iced coffee. Not sure how that can happen. We ordered a Large Rebel on ice. (Those are not cheep by the way) My husband asked for light ice because they always pack it full and then 3 sips later and you are done. They gave it to him not even full. I'm sorry, did I ask for a medium? We ordered a large we should get the cup full even if we ask for light ice. Sheesh. We stopped by this Dutch Brothers this afternoon, and were extremely disappointed in our experience and the service. The place looked like it was over ran by high schoolers who were more interested in having fun and chatting among themselves, and listening to music, that was extremely too loud. The person who took our order must have been new as she seemed confused the entire time while taking our order, and then as it turned out got one of our drinks completely wrong. The customer service was just bad, but I think of a lot of that has to do with the maturity level of the staff that is employed at this particular location. We will certainly not be returning to this particular site ever again, as I have never encountered this bad of service at any of the other locations that I have frequented. read more

Great coffee, great staff. They made a Dutch bros version of the Starbucks java chip mocha. It was amazing! Dutch is sooooo much better than any other coffee chain. This specific location is my new fav...there were literally two other cars in line which, if you know Dutch, you know that's unheard of lol it was an over all great Experience. read more

It pains me to rate Dutch Bros with a one star, but this was the worst experience I've had at a Dutch Bros. The employees were so wrapped up with themselves, laughing and carrying on, that they failed to produce quality drinks. My Dutch soda was flat with no carbonation, the flavor was light. It was at best, slightly flavored water. Perhaps they would have noticed no 'fizz' had they been paying attention to their job on hand. I understand they were kids, perhaps more training is in order. read more

We saw the Dutch Brothers owner on Undercover Boss and were dying to give this drive-thru coffee "shop" a try. While leaving Lake Almanor, we saw this one and decided to give it a try. My husband ordered a plain iced coffee, I ordered an iced coffee drink that had coconut flavoring and I think some chocolate. My husband and I both agreed that our drinks were delicious! I'm embarrassed to admit that I downed my drink in 4 minutes flat and I don't even care for coffee drinks (sorry Starbucks). Service was fast and friendly. We're fans and only wish Dutch Brothers would come to the Bay Area. read more

Antelope dutch bros in red bluff use to be my go to. I'm definitely not going anymore. The new hires treat customers poorly, and the quality of the drinks is laughable. Still a handful of good employees but 4 trips out of 5 my drinks are wrong and I end up at main st getting them remade. read more

I come up to NorCal to visit family and go by Cal State Chico to see my Amazing Godbratt! The one thing I look forward to is going to Dutch Brothers Coffee in Red Bluff and off the 5 Fwy and the 32! I enjoy their coffee , their blended iced coffee/mocha (like a frappe only better) their servers are always friendly and out going fast to get the order out. This makes me sad to write I have been a Loyal Dutch Brothers customer for years going to the ones in G.P. Or and Medford for the most part. Today on the way down to Sac. we stopped at this one . We have been to the one on the other side of town and always been nice. We order 1 not so hot but in two cups like always two small kids long trip. This time we are told we need to pay for the two cups. I asked when did that start and she says for ever. I told he no Ive never been charged for the 2nd cup my brothers went to school with the owners and I just got them some last week on the last trip. She said sorry and charged me for 2 cups then she makes my large cup coffee wrong and only stamped my card for 2 out of 4 drinks. On way home we stopped at a different shop and was not charged for the 2nd cup .We will never go back to the on Antelope Blvd in Red Bluff CA again read more
