The location right next to Pizza Guys. Not only is it sleek and trendy- there are plenty of tables and chairs (even chargers). The menu has all the drinks from their first location, but this place has an expansive menu of snacks and small meals. Banh Mi French Fries - Hands down the best! If I was in a mood to snack, that would be my go to pick. Tofu Bites - Delicious and light, but needed some dipping sauce which you can ask them over thr counter. Sriracha sauce hit the spot for me. Chicken Bites - Also great, but I think I prefer the other Tofu and Banh Mi French Fries more. The drinks were on par with the same consistency as their first location. If you want to know my fave drink I order from BTC, it is the Earl Gray Milk Tea. I can't find one in the bay area that is on par with the Earl Gray Milk tea here at BTC so it's always a nice treat when I stop by. Last, I have to mention the employees are superstars. Not once have I met an employee that was rushing us and/or rude. They are always kind and friendly. If you are a boba connoisseur like me and are nearby Shasta county, do not pass up on BTC. In Reno almost every place is all you can eat. I gotta say, once you've done all you can eat sushi for around $30 bucks, ordering ala carte and paying by the piece or roll is not the deal at all. Osaka Sushi here in Redding is located right off Churn Creek Road where it crosses over the 44 by the Food Max. Just head to the Food Max and go to the left of the building and it's at the end. Easy parking. Inside is very nice and modern. If you didn't know, all you can eat sushi is NOT a buffet where you pile on a bunch of premade sushi on a tray. No, IT's all made to order here and most all AYCE sushi places like in Nevada are made to order. There's a few rules that all these place have, like no wasting food at the end, only order what you're gonna eat or they'll charge you for wasted food. There's lunch and dinner options here. It's around $34 for the dinner, and that gives you full access to all the real good expensive stuff on the menu. Lunch is $26 and gives you the basic sushi rolls and nigiri, but not the premium stuff. You get a 2 hour limit as well, but I've never had to go that long before I was all stuffed and had to do the el stuffo waddle outta there. Service was quick and efficient, not like some places where they give slow service just so you don't eat as much! We ordered a bunch of nigiri orders. I like that the dinner price includes real sashimi orders (no rice) as well as more of the expensive cuts of fish or the soft shell crab. The Ikura (salmon caviar) was excellent and fresh. We just kept ordering till we reached our limit of tummy space. We were there for about 90 minutes, so nowhere the time limit. I'm glad to have Osaka Sushi in Redding, sure beats driving to Nevada ... especially in winter!

However, while it let me adjust the sweetness of my drink, this location only offers one size and offers no adjustment option for the ice. I got a green thai tea and checked out their branded tumblers for sale while I waited. I was in a bit of a rush so I left as soon as I got my drink. It was a little mild on flavor but fine overall, I give it 3/5 for taste. The real disappointment for me was that for about $8 I only got about 4 or 5 drinks. The cup was mostly ice and I felt a little ripped off. I had to stop somewhere else a little later for another drink. If you want a place to hang out or take photos, you might like this spot but I go to tea shops for the tea, so I would probably not come here again.

While the wait was longer than usual, the atmosphere was filled with joy, kindness, and a real sense of community. The staff handled the busy evening incredibly well. They consistently thanked customers for their patience, even though no one seemed bothered by the wait because we all seemed to understand and expect it. I was genuinely impressed by the positive attitude of every staff member working the Monday night event. They radiated joy and patience and never appeared stressed or short-tempered despite how busy they were. Their communication with one another was seamless, and they were just as welcoming and attentive to every customer who walked through the door. In a community that has been grieving, the environment they created tonight was truly something special. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the evening such a positive experience while supporting such an important cause. The food was delicious as always!
